randoms characters gets input by themselves

since friday June 22nd, it feels like my keyboard types random characters (such as 

<b><span>tj2x7IpP or </span></b><b><span>vHMG9Fqx). at first, I thought it was a virus so I did a virus scan (avast!), no hit. Then, I did a clean format, problem still here, I changed keyboard, problem is still here. Now I suspect it's the latest windows update

that I applied on friday morning that's the cause of the problem because when I boot on Ubuntu (Linux), I don't get the same problem at all.</span></b>
