News Posted September 3, 2015 Posted September 3, 2015 A former U.S. State Department staff member who worked for Hillary Clinton will not testify before U.S. lawmakers probing the former top diplomat and the 2012 attacks on a U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, according to a congressional memo. Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, was secretary of state at the time of the attacks, in which four Americans were killed.
