It proves things that shouldn't be done or used. WHY THE HELL DO WE WANT CLONES?????? Nowadays also doctors give pills and medication for the slightests things when it isn't necesary. Doctors and scientists don't know anything. They are largely clueless. This opinion is bias because I've had alot of bad experiances in hospitals and with doctors, and the whole thing just seems dumb and incompetent. I don't take pills for anything and try and stay away from the doctor as much as possible.

I don't trust these people or what they do, so I don't have a problem with them testing out all thier crazy crap on animals instead of people. Believe me, I understand that its animal cruelty. I think it is terrible, but what of human testing? Thats just an atrocity.

Think about the island of Dr. Moreau. Whats worse? Testing on humans or animals? I mean, animals are the only thing we have to test stuff on.

We have found alot of cures, and thats the problem. Many diseases are evolving, and surpassing the medication for them. In Indiana, they have already begun to deal with new strains of tuberculosis and whooping cough, both potentially fatal diseases. Medicine doesn't work forever.

And, from the sympathetic point of view, they will always find 'uses' for these animals..

Of course its not in a pitbull's nature. But when they are abused, they become incredibly vicious animals and that is a true statement. They will attack kids. You could say that many people wouldn't kill, but a few will because of bad influence. Yet, strangely , these people are still seen as criminals. Now, is a murderer a bad person?

As for shark's territory (if the humans and animals equal rights thing is still being used) then it is still the shark's fault. The shark never made any claim to the land. Just because you live somewhere forever doesn't make the place yours unless you have paper saying you own it - The Europeans took land away from the natives.

Now, I know this was all rather embellished up there, so I ask again. If an animal kills a person, and if animals deserve equal rights, then in your mind's, logically, this animal should be put on trail and given a fair chance to argue in its defense. Correct?

Also, I'd like to see a shark sign a land agreement. That example is totally inacurate and NOT plausible in the slightest.

 

Sharks 98% if the time attack a human MISTAKING it for a seal. Once they attack most sharks realize its not the taste they want and leave it alone... WHich is why MOST people survive shark attacks with only one to two bites.

 

 

A fair trial for an animal is impossiable since animals cannot plead or testify. You are giving examples that are just ridiculous. Their are other ways to go about equal rights.

 

Quarantine the animal.

Test the Behavior after being quarantined to see if the animal is hostile.

 

That simple.

 

But the animals being tested on, ARE INNOCENT. They are born JUST to kill. Not to live. And how is that fair?

*nods* Okay, so a shark could kill a person, and you think its humane to let him go. An alligator in a suburban pool attacks one of the owners who decides to take a quick dip. A copperhead bites a hiker on the trail. I guess that all deaths as the result of an animal were never the animals fault I guess. Its all our faults for getting ourselves bitten, mauled, and killed.

Blaming animal attacks on people. God that sounds so easy. I guarentee if it happened to you you'd want that animal dead.
