jomama10691 Posted December 27, 2004 Posted December 27, 2004 reading? hmph, if you insist....well, once I've read a book, i feel like I've accomplished something great, but only because it happens so infreqently lol. i can never seem to get through a book that i have to read for school. i only enjoy it if i get to choose. other then that, cliffsnotes.com is my favorite website . i like lord of the flies, the hobbit, the giver, and a great and terrible beauty. The book I'm reading now it's called "Angels and demons", by Dan Brown (better known as "the guy who wrote The Da Vinci Code" lol), and Michael Crichton's "Eaters of the Dead". My favorite book is kinda hard to pick, because I've read so many, but the Lord Of The Rings saga was truly amazing, and "The Club Dumas", by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, is truly an awesome book, I love those. I read a ton of books, in fact I just finished one - Dark Tower 6: Song of Susannah. 411 pages in two days, haha. I read fast. Anyway, you guys who don't read should try and pick it up. Its worth it. INTERVIEW WITH A VAMPIRE i love it so far...the whole book is witten as if it were an actual interview... but it's realy good... also i've read almost ALL of the Star Wars books... except the ones based in the prequil era... i realy donot like them cuz George Lucas fucked up the whole story line by not adhering to it... i like the New Jedi Order series of starwars novels... the Yuzzhan Vong are freegin scary as shit... and since the jedi cannot sence them throught the force they are hard as hell to kill... but chewie dies...thets bad...in the first book in the series noless... i've also read Jurassic Park, and the sequil The Lost World... i've also read Dune... that was a very good book... so as you can see i read ALOT... and i never hope to stop... I have read his 5th book in english tho,and it took me like a year and a half,cuz I remember that I just got to the chapter 31 and like in the year I had forgotten some stuff,so I had had to read it again,and it was very kool,except for the last chapter when... (I´m not gonna say it in case no1 has read the whole book yet)For those who have read the 5th book,what did u think of it? Quote
