Do you believe in dreams?

I think sometimes dreams come true. I had a dream I went to buy a CD, and then aweek later I bought a CD, only to remeber I had this dream I went to buy a CD.

 

Other that, dreams a scary unknown...uhh...things.

i think dreams have meanings, maybe they tell you subconscience feelings that you don't know, or think about. i'm not so sure about the future thing, but i do have like little flashes where i do something and then seem to remember it like from a dream or something, deja vu kinda thing....

I do not believe in dreams. Like someone already said, it's probably your minds playtime to run free.

 

The only thing I don't get is how your mind comes up with things you've never seen or experienced. It's really weird. How can it make things like that? I heard that dreams are supposed to be past memories, but that's impossible.

 

I'm starting to have nightmare's all the time though, it sucks. If they ever come out with pills that make you not dream, i'd take them. Unless there is and i dunno.

Well, in the movies "Nightmare on Elm Street" they had Hypnocil lol but I think that was just made up for the movie. I enjoy dreaming, to me is like watching a movie while I'm asleep lol... it's hard to explain. What I don't like is nightmares... I wake up suddendly, so scared, it's terrible :\

^ yeah me too. I have those dreams where something terrible happens and you wake up thinking it's true, but then you realize it was a dream and your like "whew!"

no... i don't think they come true... if you want something, you work hard for it... that's how things work... but, they could have meaning... not all dreams though... some dreams (and this is cientifically (sp?) proven) are just a mix of things that we saw, or heard, or thought about recently, in a bizarre un-understandable (is that a word?) way... but, yeah, i guess some dreams could have meaning to them... but not nightmares though... so you don't have to worry... and about the fact that your friend had the same nightmare... well, i think it's just a huge coincidence...

 

well... that's what i think anyway... but then again, i don't know the difference between a sypher and a satyr *inside joke*... lol

I think that what you dream about can come true, depending on what you make of it. It is basically like my thoughts in destiny. If you dream something, it means that you have the chance of it coming true if you take a certain path but you can also choose to ignore it and move on. I know, sounds like a board game. =P

Do you try to explain your dreams (or nightmares) and believe their are going to ..like..come true? Or that they mean anything?

My friends say dreams are only stupid imagination and stuff..no meaning.

Aww it must be great to have strange dreams. I usually have dreams with just me and my m8s in it....nothing special. Itll be cool to dream that im a multimillionare and buy a magical talking dolphin and we go on strange adventures toget.....
