umm... im in fifth grade just so u'll understand my weight, lmao.......

im about 75 pounds so yea...

my sisterz friends call me anorexic and toothpick it's kinda interesting with tha names they cum up 4 me... lol

like i said...140 and 5'6 (not fat) i dont think im fat... i mean.. gez, you ppl think bad about yourselfs... if you think positive about yourself, you tend to loose wieght (if you think your fat keep this advice in your mind)... Umm... yes..and if you have skool sports play ALL of them, its a fun, kool way to get exercise... some ppl have the heriditary gene factor of wieght gaim (like myself) but that doesnt mean you cant loose it... i think all the ppl in here dont have to worry about being over weight, or Obese..

This isnt a Fashion Statment... its a DEATH wish

Im not posting my weight on here because i think i am fat. and im trying to lose it but its hard ya know. well just to all those ppl anywher that are like 120lbs and calling themselves fat' date=' u r not fat.[/quote']

 

if you really are trying to lose weight, dont go by the number on the scale, but go by % body fat.. as you probly know muscle weighs more than fat!

 

i recommend running, it really will help you lose the extra fat that you dont want you just have to stick with it and run a few times a week, and not only will you lose the fat, but you will feel better and energized

yeah thats true, but dont stop once you get tired because right when you start running, for like the first few minutes its not doing anything, but once your heart gets going and you start sweating and becomming fatigued, thats when the fat burning starts, thats called the "fat burning zone" when your heart is going super fast err something like that idk, all i know is that it works

In pounds.... can't even begin to calculate... I am a little overweight, part of my self esteem problem... I am 90 KG... but I am working on it, was at my heaviest 113
