Stalker - What should we do o_0

Don't even go to meet him. That's a potentially dangerous situation. If I were in your situation I'd just call the police and let them take care of it, they'll know what to do.

This is actually my little sisters stalker (She's 15 by the way), but I'm involved and I've got a dilemma. I honestly thought this was hilarious at first, but it's changed.

 

This guy is a bastard and it's kinda serious. He found out our address (The old address and the new address even though we moved house recently), came round our area a few times, asked kids that live around our area and offered them money if they would come and break our windows (Don't know if that was real or not), she got her number and gave the number to his friend to phone all the time (Not kidding, 300 missed calls in a period of 1 week), spent about £200 on the phone bill, following her around school, sent a rose to our doorstep, and sent a valentines card.

 

O.k, it sounds HARMLESS right? But the stuff he writes is disturbing and disgusting. The card is missing now but he wrote a dirty poem in it (Not gonna repeat it here), said stuff how how she's a whore and how she should learn to love the people who love her. Blah blah blah. He's an asian boy, his name is Jatinder Singh (It's not relevant but I'm gonna say it anyway because he needs to be shamed), he's ugly, has a horrible personality, and nobody likes him. Only has 2 friends, and one of them keeps bothering her and her friend.

 

However THIS morning, a letter came to our house, and inside was a letter. It was some fucked up peice of paper going on and it's really disturbing! There were threats and stuff in it.

 

I'll type it out how he writes it (A lot of it is bad grammar and makes no sense and for some reason, it's written like this):

 

Content of the letter is umm...rated 15 I guess lol. Possibly 18 for the weak??

 

 

 

 

No he's not like any other guys, most other guys aren't crazy! Most of it is rambling in and parts of it we don't even understand, he's like a proper psycho, with maybe psychological problems lol. (I'm hoping Majin will give some feedback on this) it's like one of those things that happens in movies you know lol. It's so scary o_0 He's not even black...wtf... and I don't know where he gets the ideas about tarts and sluts from. I thought it was funny at first, until I realised how serious it was, it's one thing sending dirty sick letters, it's another matter when he threatens our family...

 

This stuff mostly happens when it's the holidays. Maybe he's afraid that something will happen if he did it during schooltime. It was all fine till then... what kinda screwed up guy sends letters like that. He even sent £30 *That's like $55 or something?* along with the letter. Yeah, the bastard sent real money *Which I'm tempted to spend by the way o_0* He contradicts himself a lot as well :\

 

The thing is, do you think this is serious enough to take it to the police? I'm not sure if they will take these kinda things serious, but he used threats against our family and shit. The guy is in a "gang" also, so I really don't want anything bad to happen just because we chose to ignore this. I'm thinking that she should take the stuff to her high school and ask the cops there or tell a teacher or something. But what can they do really, apart from maybe suspend him for a few days and then he knows where we live so eh... We're keeping the letter and money for evidence for now, but we don't know what to do just yet lol. Haven't told our parents yet either lol, they'll go psycho and wouldn't understand.

 

Even though we know for sure that "Jatinder" was the one who sent it, it doesn't say his name or anything at the end. We recognise his handwriting and he's the only person who would do this. It's definatly him and I swear, I'm gonna beat him up if I EVER see him again. (I've seen him once before all of thise got out of control, at that time I only called him a Freak and a Weirdo and told him that he's wasting his time and should leave my sister alone).

 

So anything will really help! Anyone, just comment lol! Thanks a lot, I had to ramble on about him because he's a sick twisted individual (And my sister is here as well and she's just sickened by him:) ). URGHhhhh we don't even know how he got our new address either! It's creepy as hell.

 

Okay, first thing that needs to be done is that you get in touch with the police.

 

Keep EVERYTHING that he sends, record all phone calls, keep a written record of the times that he calls. In fact, record everything that he sends/says/does. This will strengthen your sister's case against him. If at all possible, get the names of his friends and then request a restraining order agaisnt the lot of them.

You better go to the police soon. Even if you don't file a law suit or whatever, they can keep you safe. I know I'd be scared shit. *paranoid* Especially since he is known to be a dangerous gang, I would consider it serious. But I don't know, you think his gang would still come after you if he was locked up? I don't know, but I would want the police keeping in close contact with me if I were you or your sister.

first thing you NEED to do is let the cops know that there is someone stalking your lil sister... she must be really scared.. i was to when this guy named Freddy began stalking me.. he was everywhere... he showed up at school... he drove past my house really slow between 6 and 7 pm... he also stalked my friend... he really scared me..... he doesn't anymore.. i called the cops and let them know that there was a guy stalking me.. all tho he doesn't anymore i'm still always paranoid.. looking for his red truck everytime i go out... so.. what you really need to do is CALL THE COPS next time he does anything... take everything he sends you to the police station... just be careful!

Aww! Thank you guys for all the replies! I'm not kidding, they are helped and I showed the thread to my sister, which after all the replies, she decided she WILL go to the police. It's also kinda scary to know other people have had stalkers to! Damn crazy people!

 

An update on the situation! It got better!

 

I forced my sister to go talk to her teacher, and then I was going to go to the police station with her with the letter and evidence in hand. She did talk to a teacher she trusted, which she let the teacher read the letter and all. He also got the school cop involved and she told him and the female cop the whole story from the beginning, to when the stalker activities first started happening. Nothing much happened at first, her teacher got a copy of the guys work to prove it was the guys handwriting because he didn't exactly sign his name at the bottom.

The teacher then asked to talk to the boy, and was telling him "I got a friend of this girl who recieved this very disturbing letter *Lets Jatinder read the letter*. Do you have any idea who could've sent it". He sat there for 3 WHOLE HOURS before he will admit to sending the letter. And that was AFTER the teacher threatened to call the police in and let them interregate him instead. The moron doesn't even know how far he went ¬.¬

 

The school cop told my sister that she can file charges against him if she wants for causing distress and sending threatening letters etc. So the guy is going to get a caution from the police. If he does ANYTHING like this again, this can be resolved in court lol, where he can be sentenced and stuff. Yes, they actually gave us that option... and my parents agreed lol. But that's for next time, which hopefully there won't be. Thank god they took it seriously.

 

Her teacher then came to my house and spoke to my parents about it. They were kinda alright with it, didn't flip out like we expected them to. Just told her to stay out of his way and don't talk to him and stuff. He's going to talk to the guys parents sometime soon.

 

Yeah, so the date he put in the letter is tomorrow. I'm really wondering if anyone will be there, but I guess we better not go there *Just in case a bunch of his gang or whatever are there lol*. I think everybody overlooked that date though. So the bastard got what he deserved, only lighter. Next time, he'll know it'll be severe so hopefully this has all been stopped lol >.<
