Discrimination against...well me

Okay heres the deal- I know no one probably care about me, but here i go rambling about todays "mispleasnt-ness".

 

Uh "started" a fight with the guys who make fun of me and got sent to see the Vice principle. Spent like 2 classes wasted just sitting there with an ice pack on my eye. So i get called in last, my friends who were with me didnt look so good when they got out- so it didn’t look good for me. When I go in the office, he says to sit down. So the Vice principle stands up and goes "I don’t like you. You are constantly in here for inappropriate use of words, fights and disrespecting teachers." Yea weirdly I'm smiling cuz heck I have my reasons for all those times being sent down there. Any way he goes and picks my bag from off the ground and just empties it. Inside was my sketch book, my CD's ,my disc-man player thingy and my wallet. He looks at my sketch book and ask if it was for school. I say yes, and than he goes to the next item, the wallet. Asked if it was for lunch I said yes. Throws those two items in my bag, takes the Disc-man thingy and says, "I'll hold on to it until you get back." Pointed out that I was gonna be suspended. So all that’s left is my cd's. He opens it and looks at them. Closes the case and shoves it back in my bag. He has his hands on the desk and goes, "I don’t like you, I don’t like the way you dress, and I don’t like your music." He pulls out the disc-man thing and looks inside. Guess what CD was inside? Say it with me now- METORA. Now guess where it currently resides? Or the broken pieces of what’s left of it. If you guessed garbage can than your right.

 

So after he broke the CD, Mr. Hamid sits down and goes, "Why cant you be nice and perky like the cheerleaders? Why cant you like normal music instead of this shit ass things like Linkin Park?" Now This is when I got pissed and If you were me you would have done the same thing. I just blew up, the secretary had to rush in to calm me down- or at least get me to sit down. I was shocked at how biased this guy was. I didn't know a Vice principle could be that mean. He starts rambling on about how the "jocks" are the greatest type of student the is and that I should be just like them- athletic and thick headed? Than he starts saying how rock is the worst type of music, and that is was only meant for man whores, sex addicts and prostitutes. Any way as usual I try to punch the bastard but the damn secretary held me to my seat. So now I missed two days of school (yay) just cause I bloodied up some guys nose. They said I broke it- ha not even.

 

So the point was leading up to this question, was this guy right? I mean the Vice principle, went through my stuff with out permission and stuff and destroyed my property(or stuff). Is this an important enough to be told, or should I just brush it off? Sorry for the long-ness but it needed to be said.

No, he's not even close to right. He had no right to break your cd, or snoop through your stuff for that matter. What a jackass.. 'I don't like you, the way you dress, etc.' What a fucking tool. He had no right to say or do any of those things.

you can get him in SO much trouble. Call the school board or something. He didn't have a reason to look through your bag, or break the CD. Teachers can NOT swear or diss students. You should defiantly tell someone.

i think you have anger management problem. who in their right mind would "blow up" or try to PUNCH a vice principal?? regardless of what he said or did. you always keep your calm. now, outside of the school is where you can blow up, and as hyper said, file all sorts of charges against him.

Man, what a loser vice principal, no teachers or staff should be biased against anyone in that way. ANd to break your stuff is soo wrong. Too bad you didn't bring a tape recorder, you coulda taped what he/she said then file a lawsuit, and you'll have the final laugh .

 

But yah, theres no point in blowing up infron to of the vice's face, it'll only get you in deepr shit (they ultimately have more power in the school than you). Better to keep calm and then talk to someone about it, like get him fired or something.

Im sorry but the things he said about you not being more like the cheerleaders and being different, is just wrong. He is a vp, then you run a school full of people, and people ARE different, he should know that, especially with ppl your age, if he doesnt realise that or cant handle that, he should get a different job.

The whole blowing up thing wouldnt be something id do, i guess id just scream at him, run away, and suspend myself for a couple of days.

You made a good decision to tell the principal, especially if the principal doesnt' like him either. And since you live in Canada, things look good for you, theres a good chance he'll get fired.

idk about canada...but in the US they cant search your stuff w/o probable cause... like if they were tipped that you might have drugs on you...

 

(if you guys have them) i'd go to the next board of Education meeting and bring up the incident...
