About2Break27 Posted May 14, 2005 Posted May 14, 2005 I've having a doubt that he was swearing like that. I've heard teachers swear, but never that bad. You actually can get him in trouble. If you tell your parents almost exactly what you told us, they can go to the school board. There was a court case, i think it was Tiffany vs. Arizona (or something like that) and it had to do with invasion of property. In the case, a teacher started going through her purse without her permission or anything (wow it's amazing what school can teach ya). Anyway, you can get the vice principal in trouble because that's illegal for him to do that. You should complain to the principal or superintendent though. The vice principal doesn't really have much power. It's the head people that have the power. So yeah, you could tell your parents, tell the prinicipal, tell the superintendent, and you can tell the cops. So yeah, got for it. One last thing though, you might want to leave the "shit ass things" part out when you're telling them because then they may not believe you. Good Luck. You're entitled to your own privacy and did he even have a reason to go through your bag? If he suspected you had drugs or something like that, then it's understandable, but why would he think that if you were sent in there from a fight? By breaking your Meteora cd (Oh the horror :O Damn bastard!), he damaged your property, so therefore he should AT LEAST pay for the damages. His language is atrocious, he was directing it at a minor *You lol*. Schools usually don't put up with that kind of language, and he's setting a bad example as it is. You shouldn't take this lightly. I mean you experianced the kind of person he really is, does he even deserve to stay vice principle at your school? No! You'll be protecting anybody else that walks into that office, I mean that language and abuse to your property can easily change to something else. His attitude stinks as well. All of that bullshit he was talking about jocks are cheerleaders. That is stereotyping and he should never ever think that one clique of people are better than another.
