Hi my name is Aida.. some people call me Linkin Park freak, gothic or wutever but i dont care. I dress different in my school cause everyone in my school wears hip hop clothes and i wear band tees and a lot of black clothes. I stand out from everyone and I look different. I am in the 8th grade about 2 graduate.. most of the kids dont like rock or they just dont like me because i dress different and i dont like rap.

 

Today was ok... just took a science test and when I was finished, the teacher caught me listening to Linkin Park while everyone was testing. My headphones were so loud the whole class heard it (and it is a big class) and they were all laughing.

 

My friends accept me for who I am but one of my friends think im changing. My friend thinks im changing because of the way i dress... believe it or not i used to like hip hop.. now I like rock.. I listened to Linkin Park since i was 8-years-old. I used to dress like everyone else but, now I changed my clothes to something that no one wears and that i can be original. I also have a lot of piercings and some people dont like it... one person in my class looks at my ears and always talks about them. I have my 1st hole at the bottom of my ear, a second one next 2 it, a third hole and on my right ear i have a cartillage piercing. If there was a record for "Most Changed Person" it would be me all the way.

Let me first say, It is good to see more journals springing up.

 

Now that that's said, lets move on to you.

Well, I would like to say that change, for the most part is a good thing, except for bad change, obviously, anywho, as long as you like the change, what other poeple say shouldn't matter. Ya know, to each their own, if they don't like rock, they don't like it, that's their opinion, & their entitled to it. If you don't like it, don't listen to them. That is all I can say to that.

they shouldnt care, the clothes you wear doesnt make you who you are. Your heart does and thats all that should matter.

Sorry i didn't update in a while cause nothing intresting is going on..this is wut happened today.

 

I went shopping 4 my prom today 4 my purse, a butterfly choker, toe rings and i went to get my other cartillage pierced. (I have a cartillage piercing on my right ear) It stung and now I have to turn it 2 make it loose. This is wuts gonna happen the whole week:

 

On Monday, I'm going 2 the movies with the 8th grade. Were seeing Madagascar even though I really wanna see Mr And Mrs Smith again or Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the sith. I'm getting my nails done with my best friend that day and I can't wait. The only bad part about that day is that my *$$**** science teacher gave us a project and part I is due this monday. She gave us 2 days to do it...

 

Tuesday is the prom and I'm going in a limo with friends. It's just that there is this gurl i cant stand is going in it and (not to be mean but) she fills up 3 seats and im gonna be squashed.

 

Wednesday is a half a day.

 

Thursday is going 2 the park and relaxing. Same thing as last year.. hopefully i get a tan.

 

Friday is going to a theme park with the 8th grade. I'm goin on all the rides with my best friends..

 

I really cant wait till prom..

My *$$**** of a cousin is telling me 2 change 2 the person i used 2 be because "puerto ricans dont listen to rock music" well **** him.. I dont care wut he says cause he does not control me. I like being myself and if people have a problem with it then **** them. I like being different. Wut is wrong with being yourself?

 

Some people in my family want me 2 be the way i used 2 be. Well, that person is long gone. Sorry but, i like the new me. And if u have a problem with that then, **** u!

Today was ok.. I had to get snacks 2 go 2 the movies cause the teacher wont let us get popcorn. I can understand candy cause it is so damn expensive.

 

But afterwards, My grandparents were treating me like a slave with the clothes while i was on the phone. Before that, I was makin my mom green day cds.. I was taking my time with the cd and my grandfather was yelling at me and they were telling me wut 2 do..

 

But aside from that, my best friend in another school is coming 2 the prom and has the same color as my dress. We are both wearing black and I'm not gonna dance at the prom cause i cant dance

 

Today is the Puerto Rican day parade and I couldn't go. So im watchin it on tv. My *$$**** cousin goes but i cant go. He is a little spoiled brat. I'm still mad at him for last night. To tell me 2 change.

Today is the day of the prom. My hair is in a ponytail and has a lot of curls in the back. My dress is black, my shoes are silver, my earings are silver, my nails are black and white, my toes the same color and design, and my heels are stilleto heels (short heel though). I can't wait till i get in the limo with my

friends.

I went to my prom and i came back from the limo. Every boy said i was cute and i danced with 3 boyz.. 2 of them were my friends and 1 of them i didnt know that well. We did the cha cha slide and it was so much fun. The place was so hot and i was sweating. Since i couldnt dance, my friends dragged me 2 the dance floor. I danced very well 4 a first time. They were playing reggaeton, reggae, hip hop, but no rock

At the prom, I danced (my friends made me) and i gave 3 boys dubs. 2 of them are my friends and the other 1 i dont know him that well. All the boyz said i was pretty and wanted to take pics of me.

Today, I devoloped my pics of my prom.. This stupid person didnt know where it was and wasnt even looking 4 it. I wanted 2 kick her a$$.. but my grandparents and my mom were holding me back

 

My left cartillage got infected but it wasnt my fault cause the guy didnt sterolize the gun. Cause of that a$$**** i have to take medicine every 4 hours.. 4 tablets a day.

 

I am the shortest gurl in out of the whole 8th grade and i have 2 lead the gurls.. That is a lot of pressure. I have to memorize the national anthem cause i only know the 1st part.

 

Im also going 2 florida in July and i cant wait... Im goin 4 12 dayz.. I have 2 pic out my bathing suit.. dont know wut color 2 get though...

Well, todays the 4th of July and Im going 2 a BBQ. My aunts BBQ. My mom and dad are acting like assholes cause im always out of the house. They keep forgeting that I have a life of my own. In 2 days Im going 2 florida with my grandparents and my cousin. Its much better than home. And im getting a new iPod in 3 weeks. Im so excited. My aunt got 1 for 100.00 when original iPods cost 200.00. Anywho, Thats whats been going on lately in my life...

Sorry i havent been updating because I was in Florida with my family that i

havent even seen in years.. In Florida, i had some fun and not so much fun. Once was when we went 2 a water park.. fun in the beginning. Sucky at the end. The shuttle 2 the hotel was supposed 2 come at 9:45.. and we left at 6:45. My grandfather thought it was 6:45 so we left and sat at the bus stop for 2-3 hours. Luckilly my grandmother thought of taking a taxi. When we got back 2 the hotel, i went into the deep end of the pool which is 8 and a half feet. Also on the way 2 the hotel, my grandfather was lost for 3 hours straight. Back 2 the good times... I went 2 my aunt's house and swam in the pool.

 

The deepest it went was 6 feet. But i didnt care cause as long as i could swim in the deep end im fine

We also went 2 Magic Kingdom which was Disney world. It was fun. Till my grandmother wanted 2 go on Peter Pan which was a baby ride and had 2 wait for an hour or so. It wasnt even worth the wait. After that we went 2 a show which was cool. Disney's Phillar Magic. It was 3-D and it had some disney songs I knew cause i love disney. (The disney from the 90's)

I wanted 2 go on some roller coaster which was a goofy ride but my grandfather has 2 be the one 2 leave really early and go home when you dont have 2.

 

1 night i spent the night at my aunt's house and i had an asthma attack that night. I was going 2 sleep with my music and my grandmother 2 turn it off. I said no and she was tapping me hard and my grandfather was kinda hitting me. I went 2 the kitchen 2 find a knife 2 slit my wrists (for real) but couldnt find 1. I went 2 try 2 sleep but couldnt. My cousin who also has asthma helped me through the whole way. I didnt have my pump and i had 2 get a glass of water a few times. I couldnt breathe. And my aunt came rushing 2 the living room which luckilly is right near her room. She got me water and asked me 2 sleep in her room with my other cousin and her. My voice was messed up that night and before that i kept wheezing and tried 2 gasp 4 air. But my cousin (that helped me throughout the whole way) went 2 my aunt and told her i wasnt breathing. My other cousin came in running with my aunt.

 

I was listening 2 my music the whole time while i was sleeping. I also went 2 MGM studios which is kinda like universal but with disney. I went on the Rock N Roller Coaster with Aerosmith and it was a fast ride. But when i went in 4 a 3rd time, it wasnt working and had 2 wait a hour. But it was worth it. The ride went so fast that it blew my cousin's hat away. I also went on the Twilight Zone ride which goes up and down. It turns your stomach and it takes your picture when you go up and down. Well That's basically the whole vacaction...
