How many hours of sleep do you get on average?

I think the recommended amount of sleep a day is somewhere between 7 and 8 hours?

I never get that amount, it's either more or less. On college days, usually about 6 hours. Recently (Because of no college wo0t xD!), I've been going bed at 2-3am and waking up at 1-2pm *Hides* Sometimes earlier because I gotta go out with friends or whatever, but that's usually what I get. That's like 11 hours of sleep, which is pretty bad lol, but I'm always so tired. My sleep pattern is screwed! I wish I was an insomniac but I rely on sleep way too much. It's the best. So how much do you sleep?

umm well last night, i woke up at 4 and didnt get back to sleep until 6. i went to sleep at around 12 and i got woken up by my friend heather calling me at 10. soo i dont want to calculate that up. lol. on average? probably around.. id say 8 hours. it always depends.

Hum... during the summer it's 8-9 hours, during school it's 5-7 hours. I can't help it if I don't fall asleep til around midnight.

In the Summer I go to bed usually 3-6 am and I wake up at around 10-12. So probably about 7-10 hours.

I probably get 6 when i have to wake up, or 12 when I can sleep in. If I get less sleep I get really hyper. Like when I had 3 hours of sleep I was bouncing off the walls.

You can't really average mine to get an accurate mean. some days I sleep 11-13 hours sometimes I sleep 4-6 hours it all depends

i usualy get abought 4-5 hours of sleep on school nights, and abought ten hours of sleep on the weekends. now you know one of the reasons i hate school.

Recent adverage = anywhere from 5-10 even though Ive been staying up til like 7 in the morning.

I usually get between about 5-9 hours. Last night I got around 10, and I'm still tired. :/
