4everLP_Shinoda Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 I don´t know if this has already been posted before but if it was I´m sorry then. Anyways, here´s what I had in a FM mail: FORT MINOR AND MTV For the first time ever, the live broadcast of the 2005 MTV Video Music Awards is getting it's own original score, courtesy of Mike Shinoda and Lil' Jon. The 10 tracks they came up with will be played during this year's big show taking place on August 28, 2005. To get an exclusive streaming audio preview of the music now, head over to MTV to experience The Leak! And here you have the link to listen to the 2005 Video Music Score http://www.mtv.com/music/the_leak/vma/score/ Btw,the ones that Mike made I have them on my comp,so if any1 would like to have them to make any kind of remix or just to listen to it PM me =).
Friðbjörn Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 I'm retiring from remixing because I know I won't have time for it once I start college. That's it. Damn. That's a shame. [broken External Image]:http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2784/lpfas08mostintelligentym8.jpg
Hybrid Soldier Posted August 25, 2005 Posted August 25, 2005 I'm retiring from remixing because I know I won't have time for it once I start college. That's it. among alot of other reasons. i mean, you have a page long thing up on your site
Friðbjörn Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 Woah I was checkin out a thread on the D-12 forums where they posted Remember the Name, and like 85% of the people who replied were like, shit! this track is dope! and stuff, so I really do think this album will sell a lot, plus, at least RTN seems to be earning Mike a lot of respect among rap fans. [broken External Image]:http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2784/lpfas08mostintelligentym8.jpg
Hybrid Soldier Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 nah, it was more like 95% respect. I'm a member on d12 forums too
Friðbjörn Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 well, that's even better, but I just didn't want to mention too high a number, so that people wouldn't think I was exaggerating. [broken External Image]:http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2784/lpfas08mostintelligentym8.jpg

Friðbjörn Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Since Kenji's Mike's middle name, and Japanese, isn't that the track about the Japanese Americans, where his dad and his sister make an appearance? I exect so. [broken External Image]:http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2784/lpfas08mostintelligentym8.jpg
azemkamikaze03 Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Nope, i think itll be about himself growing up or something. Or like his middle name like why its important. might have a nobodys listening beat.. ¿whysoserious?
Friðbjörn Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 okay. but I thought Mike wasn't gonna sample anything, he was gonna build everything from scratch? [broken External Image]:http://img259.imageshack.us/img259/2784/lpfas08mostintelligentym8.jpg
