Which songs does he play guitar on from Hybrid Theory, Meteora, and the Hybrid Theory EP?? I just want to know.

Correct you are, he does on Easier to Run. I have no idea about Hit the Floor. And One he doesn't.

Meteora: SIB, ETR, Faint, FTI, and he really should on Figure.09, cause I you can hear on the album version, there's 2 guitars. Brad though play it all alone when live. But that's probably cause Mike raps the verses, he can't be rappin and playing guitar, and the chorus in Figure.09 doesn't have that 2nd guitar. I think there's 2 guitars on HTF as well, but I don't think Mike plays any live. After all he's such a big part of the vocals thru the whole song, so playin the guitar as well would be hard.

 

He plays second guitar on P5hng me a*wy as well, and of course on LP's version of NIN's Wish.
