The meaning of Meteora?

Does any1 here know what meteora means?

After i watched the making of meteora, i looked in the dictionary 2 find the deffinition. but it isnt in there.

 

i asked my dad but e said it isnt a real word, it is just a name.

 

is he right???

Yep. I watched a video about it in World Geography last month. They said it so weird though, but when I caught on I was like OMG THATS LPS ALBUM.

And that reminded me thats where they got it.

what?! you don't know what LPTV is?! it's like the whole process of Meteora in different 'episodes'. they have a web-site for it and i'm sure someone will post it for you or you could just go to LPTimes and download them OR you just go to linkinpark.com and somewhere there has to be a link for it. it's not something local or anything, i'm even further from australia and i know about it good luck
