It's a known fact that no one has ever died directly from Marijouna in its 100,000 year use. Its also not Physically addicted although it is Psycologicly addictive this means if u like the feeling of it you will continue using it. IF you dont like the feeling you will not keep on using it, in fact your far more likely to get addicted to the Tobbacco consumed with it.

 

What does this mean? You can moderate the in take alot easier then cigarettes so it will be kinda like alcahol expect no hang overs.

 

The legalization of marijouna isn't a terrible idea it has benefits unlike most drugs on the market currently. It can also be used as a replacment to ASPRIN which in its self can be addictive and like every other drug potentially damaging to the body.

Funding of steet crime will fall

Marijouna will be purerer won't be laced

Less exposer to other HARDER drugs

It costs alot of money to bust someone just for smoking pot

Goverment can tax on it easily

The BBC said that marijouna has been proven to lower chance of heart attack

Scientists now believe the memory loss caused by Marijouna is short term only

People space out, miss deadlines and so on *got to go to work but ur too stoned to realise*

Like alcahol it damages your motor skills (Smokin and Drving)

Alcahol + Weed makes u very sick *consumed togehter*

 

I beleive it should be legalized and ONLY sold in cafes and licensed stores only to be consumed in cafes or in private residence. If it is sold it should be the same legal age as aclahol and only sellable at certian times in the day. People smoking it in the street should be fined and smoking + driving is already taken as seriously as drinking and driving.

 

Now I know for a fact as it is because weed is only sold on the blackmarket young people can get it easier then alcahol *less people sell alcahol illegaly then weed* I know for a fact thats when i was 14 I could get weed 100times easier then alcahol.

 

Now other uses of marijouna:

1achre of hemp can make 4x more paper then 1 acre of trees

Hemp can be used as a fabric

Hemp seed is one of the healthiest foods in the market

Marijouna can be used as a pain killer, not just a recerational drug.

 

The government would also be able to control the strength of the drug strains such as skunk could still not be sold like moonshine (alcahol). Drug dealers oftenly put other substances more deadly then weed in with it to save money or get people hooked. Also if its done on the legal it would be cheaper soooo people wont have to spend so much to feed there habbit.

Marijouna = 2

Alcahol = 4

Heroin = 5

Tobbacco = 4

Marijouna = 1

Alcahol = 2

On the balance of the evidence the other legalized drugs can be much more damagin then weed. And like i said marijouna is psycologically adictive, if u dont want to smoke it you can stop (easier if u didnt like the experiance)

 

I am for the legalization but it wont be a perfect sollutuion but the are clearly posetives to it.

PS: It isnt legal in the UK however u wont get arrested for possesing or even smoking small amounts, you wont even get fined u will just get it convescated.

 

O yea and marijouna is also one of the hardest drugs to build tolerance too, you would need to smoke shed loads to get immune to the buzz. You may be inhaling 5times the chemcichals then in tobbacco cigs BUT the fact is people dont smoke anywhere near as many Marijouna joints legal or not (take Netherlands as an example) people still smoke like 4 at most in a day! Compare that to people smoking up to 80 Tobbacco cigarettes a day!

 

Also it doesnt HAVE to be smoked and in fact is more effective when eaten, 4 times more effective.

 

Also a neat lil fact, banning the growth and use of marijouna goes against the word of the bible 'we give all the herb and seed bareing plants to you' Marijouna is a herb, it hasnt be alterd its totally natural even when smoked it hasnt bee alterd. Unlike cocaine which refined cocoa.

OK theres a reason why cigs are leagal and weed isnt. Weed has a quicker damaging effect than cigs. Your more likely to die from one puff of weed than your are from a puff of smoking. A buddy I know took a puff of non laced weed and died after the second puff(not right away but like a day later he died of breathing comlications.) Plus you can smoke cigs and still have a future. It doesnt fuck with ur brain(besides addiction) Weed does. Sure crime rate May be lowered and what not, but in a sense the US government is lookin out for its people

Tell that to my friend, he took a puff of non laced weed.(the best kind Maryland has to offer ) and he died. He started coufing and then he couldnt breath. He went to the hospital. He was fine for like a day then died of breathing complications. Thats why ill never smoke weed.

the way i see it is that, if the people around my area were "alowd" smoke it, then they would be getting high every week and causing a ruckus in the streets.
