I'm 19, smoke pretty much everyday but still get up and go to work, so i dont see the bad sides of it, theres not much differnce to it then booze, you just gotta make sure ur smoking PURE weed and no other laced shit. Everyone who's bitchin about it needs to realise that your much more likely to pass out from drinking to much then smoking too much, and its stupid that you can be 18 to go buy a bottle of vodka but to go buy a ten bag its illegal? which does more damage to your body?

Don't know if anyone's said this already, but I've heard that in the Netherlands, or somewhere around there, it's legal because they figured if they made it illegal, more people would use it.

I also know that it USED to be legal in the US about 30 or so years ago. It was used to pasify mental patients but was later made illegal when they discovered some side effects to it.

And if no one's put this down, marijuana also kills brain cells, but slowly.

I keep hearing that marijuana is not dangerous at all, and at the same time I keep hearing that it's dangerous as hell.

Frankly, I'm not sure who to believe. Therefore I'm not taking any chances, I'm not in a million years going to smoke weed. Not even if it were proven to be totally safe, and not dangerous in any way. Plus the known fact that it is dangerous for bodies that are not totally developed, regardless of whether it's dangerous for fully grown people.

 

If it were proven safe, I wouldn't smoke it. Because I see it as pointless. I don't have some void in my life I feel I need to try to fill by getting high every once in a while. Same with alchohol, I don't do that.

 

About it getting legalized, I don't care. If it's not dangerous, and doesn't lead people into doing more dangerous stuff like heroin, that's fine by me. If it is dangerous though, I don't care either. People can stir fry their brains out, I don't give a shit.

 

If it ends up getting legalized, there needs to be an age limit though. Whether it's dangerous for grown-ups or not, it's dangerous for teenagers. If I am to have kids one day, I don't want to see them ruin their lives with marijuana.
