woodyloveslinkin Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 Push these memories, Inside this jar. This jar black-labelled, Anything but this. He took her life, Took her child. He took more than her, He took the whole of me. Slaughtered and raped, Diminishing hope is there. That day he sold her, To the impact of him. They way his dad hit him, They way his dad made him. Into a monster, one of a kind, Two monsters, one of a kind. They took her by the throat, Searing through her skin. And her heart is still with me, And his soul is burning in hell. He took her for granted, we all knew, Never thought this story will end like this. Never knew, we had the guilt, For not telling anyone. The happy memories, at the wedding, The sad memories, at the funeral. Roses are burnt; gone up in smoke, Like my heart, all shrivelled up inside.
