I agree with you Fribbs. Almost everytime a person states their own opinion about politics or something related, someones gotta jump in and try to take them down with their own. It's okay to correct someone if they are wrong about certain things (like a few people have), but it's not easy to try change their opinion about war and related situations. It's almost immature to say something like "Your opinion is stupid" because that may lead to a fight. Everyone has a mind of their own and people can't change the way others think. Now someone shall strangle me.

Funny, becuase war ironically achieves peace. WWII achieved the fall of Hitler and a whole lotta other dictators. If you are a religious person, in many cases there have been 'holy wars' in the name of a god in order to achieve peace. You can hardly ever be passive and achieve anything. America kicked British tail in the revolution and now we are a super power and have like one of the most free countries in the world (beside the nuetral countries) There must be war(in the smallest form or largest) in order to progress, it's sad but it's true.

 

Yes. But on the other hand, about world war 2, Hitler was a radical 'patriotic' German Nationalist, who was hellbent on destroying anything that wasn't German. Just because he was German, not American, it's apparently not okay. World War 2 came at a cost: 6 MILLION Jewish people. And, that's just the Jews. I wasn't even counting the homos, the gypsies, and the handicapped people that Hitler killed.

 

Hitler even blamed all of Germany's problems on them, so they would go along with it. Kinda like how Bush is using 9/11 to get oil.

 

The only reason Oil hasn't been mentioned lately is because Congress is tightening it's grip on Bush and his Bullshit. Only out to make his father proud. What's sad is that when 9/11 happened, all of the EVIDENCE (yes, there was evidence. It's been hidden. I know it's there) SCREAMS that Afghanistan and Osama Bin Laden were behind this. Bush doesn't even care. He just pointed straight to Saddam Hussein because his father, George H.W. Bush had some dirt with him back when he was in office. Nothing more. Nothing less.

 

Hitler was a kid very similar to that, and he ended up killing an assload more than he really should have been entitled to. And in order to stop his menance and basically save the jews and german we had to kill.

Not at all I just don't agree when people say that we dont need war and that George Bush stupid, and I especially hate the people who make america look like were run by a bunch of retards. Becuase basically all the ppl who say are idiots. Bush probably has more education than that person or their mother/father. Plus, no war is good, I wish we could all just be happy and agree, but I mean that not how it is.

 

We dont get in wars for oil. I mean no matter how evil you think bush may be its a given hes not in their for the oil If we were then Bush wouldnt be wasting all of our God dang time trying to get Iraq back on its two feet. We would just go take oil ship it back here and voila. Bush wouldnt have risked so many lives just for oil. He knows soon enough oil will be worthless. It will. With hydrogen, veggie oil, solar, electricity, and water becoming increasingly popular ways of being used for energy oil will becom obsolete. Before you know it we will all be using hybrid cars.(not that im thrilled about it ) I mean so he knows better than that.

 

People got on the ball inventing alternative means of running cars and creating energy because the war has been going so badly. We aren't getting any Oil out of it. Bush can't run a country. He got elected for his BLOOD. And thats all It's going to be about. He wants to impress his father, like I said earlier.

bush is a douche. but we have to stick it out, if we left so many countries would invade iraq (worse than we have) and take it over. the one thing that we CANNOT do is to pull out, if you're going to start a war, finish it, don't cop out. i beleive bush started the war to get elected a second term, think about it, there was no other way to get one, so you start a war, nobody wants a new president in the middle of a war! if i could vote, i would have voted for Kerry.

 

on a lighter note, i saw the best bumper sticker the other day. it had a picture of Bush and it said "Will someone give this man a blowjob so we can impeach him?" it was funny, i laughed my ass off.

First off, I hate to school you but you don't have your facts straight.

 

1. Bin Laden's family has disowned him. Which means, as far as Muslims are concerned, he is not part of thier family in any sense at all.

The catch here, is that they disowned him many, many years ago...a short time after he left the family business to pursue terrorism against the US, taking some of the family's own money with him. They have not had contact with him since, so they would know nothing of him.

 

2. Only a few family members of his live in our country, and I never heard about them being flown out of the country, and I assume this is a rumor and has no base. If you can find reliable proof though, I would be more open-minded.

If, in fact this did happen, it would have been for protection against possibly enraged Americans who would see them as a threat.

 

I don't mean to sound rude here...but you need to get some facts, and reliable resources to support them, before you go posting stuff because it makes you look, well, not very bright.
