All my friends are like <3 SOAD...I mean they changed their style up since toxicity...now they just suck. Sorry, the only "new" song that i find appealing is Cigaro but its still childish...Back when Toxcity was new i liked them now its like there not that great, Ive heard Better... I find them to be overhyped because, once you get past thier sound, there is nothing else left...the music has no substance, no tangible soul that I can find. The first album had its high points, but after that they have been slowly chugging downhill. The songs all follow similar patterns (I swear, I could name songs with identical drum and guitar work but I forget thier names) and the lyrics seem poorly written and a bit hacky. They are amazing musicians, and Serj is a great singer...but that doesn't mean they have depth, that thier music has soul. It just means thier a layer of sweet frosting with no cake underneath.
