just a random question of the night... i'll do mine in a bit. But what comes first to you? and why?

Priorities;

 

1::Family - without my family I am nothing. Simple.

 

2::Friends - they are the family I chose for myself. When #1 isn't available I can usually count on #2 to keep me grounded, sane, and help me out. Plus friends make life a more pleasurable and less lonley experience.

 

3::Money - without it I have nothing. It's up there along with food, air, and love (whatever it's forms).

 

4::Education - I think therefore I am. If I cease to think I will cease to be. Strangely enough, sorta. You need your wits about you to get anywhere in this day and age and if you don't have some kind of formal training you'll get left behind. Sad.

 

5::Lover - simply put - it's been a while.

1. Family- They've always been there for me. They mean the world to me.

2. Friends- I love my friends soo much. I don't know what I'd do without them.

3. Education- I don't want to be dumb lol.

4. Money- I don't want to be rich, but I need enough money to live off of.

5. Lover- Just because it's the last one left. =D

1) Family Family Family - no matter what, they are going to be there for you. Friends can come and go, but family sticks. They are the only ones I can put my trust into and not be let down.

 

2) Good Friends - I don't put "just friends". Only the good ones will be there for you. They will miss you if you are gone. Be with you no matter what you do wrong. Be a pillar of strength. Have fun with you, respect you.

 

3) Money - Without it you wouldn't be able to get by in life (stupid expensive world). Plus with out it, you cannot provide sound education...

 

4) Education - Really important, especaially to my family and I. Without it, you can't get a good Job that pays well...

 

basically 3 and 4 go together hand in hand...

 

5) Lover - I don't hold it as high as the other simply because I haven't really had a "lover" so to speak. But if I did, and I liked them alot, trusted them, etc...then they'd probably go hand in hand with "Good Friends" because that is what they equate to...they may even eventually equate to family

money-money doesn't bother me,aslong as i have enough to pay my bills and treat my kids its ok. you can't buy family, friends, or someone to love with money.

grudgr's or actually I forget after a day so not good at holding grudges

there are two diffrent kinds of love, the love you feel for your family is unconditional, where as the love you feel for a partner (boyfriend-girlfriend) is diffrent.

 

 

maybe sum1 has been hurt by a boyfriend/girlfriend thats why he/she says love sucks.

Well love ain't just this brilliant thing for everyone, it's about interaction with other humans, and everything involving that can't be all good.

Humans are bound to hurt each other in communication.

 

Plus, I mean, my encounters with love haven't been many, but they sure haven't done any good...

it took me lots of long term relationships and a failed marriage to find true love, i've been hurt by lots of ppl but i don't think love sucks.

 

not many ppl meet someone when they are young and stay with them forever, so when you say love sucks its because your still young and don't really know what love is.

Love isn't that great. It's just an urge, that you can't control yourself, and only exists for the species to survive. It's just a flipside of mating, and reproducing.

It's just another urge.

love is knowing that you would do anything for someone, that you would put them before yourself in any situation.

 

when my daughters were born i knew what love was, there was this tiny little person who needed me for everything, who would love me forever.

 

thats what love is.
