he lives a few blocks away from me and we really get along.

we're gonna go for a simple walk.

I told him how hard it is to gain my trust and open me up but he's willing to take the challenge.

today he tried to make me 'smile' on cam. but even though he couldn't get me to fully smile

I can't keep a straight face just watching him.

Okayy let's get to it

today the big date..

with this amazing fellow

the weather was amazing, sunny with a breeze now and then.

I wore a Lostprophets shirt, denim skirt with leggings

and my trademark converses to boot xD

he was wearing a black shirt, tight-ish jeans and also converse shoes.

so we met at about 13:45 on the corner of my street..

I saw him coming and smiled, we said hi and he gave me a half-hug ^^

first thing he said: wow you're really small xD

haha.. then we walked through the street and went into a little forest in Haanrade..

usually he was the one who was talking but yes I saw that coming..

 

then we went into another forest to look for a bench to sit on..

when whe found one we sat down for quite some time just looking at the area.

there were alot of silences through it all but I wouldn't like to call them awkward cause I found some peace in them.

 

lol he told me on msn he was gonna poke me so I was waiting for that

haha he did that for about 5 times.. made me laugh.

I made it my habit to look up in his direction and smile at all times.

then we got out of the forest heading for a lake called "Het Stuwmeer".

he said it's his favorite hide-out whenever he feels down or needs some peace.

and yea he was right it was a very nice place. we sat a little and watched the water and the ducks. lol then we went to a little source, it was full of spiderwebs xD.. so we watched those little spiders for a few minutes haha..

then we went to sit on a bench again to stare at the water.

somewhere around that he briefly put his arm around me and asked if I was having a good time ^^ ofcourse I said I did.

a little time later we headed back. when we were at a corner he said "I'll go home from here" I said alright and hugged him tight ^^

and went back. it took.. the whole date took about 3 hours.. wee ^^

 

I did have a really great time and compared to other meetings and dates this one was very good!

I'm sure I want to date him another time. ^^

haha I was REALLY afraid yesterday that he was dissapointed and that he didn't wanna date me anymore but he asked me if I'd like to come over tomorrow so. he was really surprised at how shy I was though.

Went over today, he was playing WoW (yea damn these game addicts) then he played a little for me on his bass and then we watched some anime together.. but I was quiet again and I noticed he didn't like it.

I wish I was irl like I am on MSN and stuff

To be honest I don't really know, I guess other people help, they started to pay be compliments and eventually I begun to actually believe them, I became more confident in myself, it's weird! I think also I just realised that I had to change, since I was gonna be going to a new college and I'd have to make loads of new friends, I guess determination just got me there in the end. Start small, and smile more! haha :]
