How have you lost 60lbs that fast? That's intense.

 

I really don't know what I look like, I was anorexic when I was little (7-8 years old) and never completly recovered mentally so I still see a fat person in the mirror. I've felt gross lately because I put on about 5 lbs when I moved in with my mom, it feels like 20 lbs though . I try to eat very health though, one reason for being a vegetarian.

 

 

Weekly Stats:

 

Excersise: 100x 20lbs Weights per arm per day

4 Miles walking Min per day

4 hours dancing at least twice a week

2 hours football at least once a week

 

Calorie Intake: No more then 1,500 no less then 800

Eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and try to have only 1 snack max

 

And thats how I lost me weight so quickly as you see its the healthy way to do it and is proven to be the most effective as your body doesnt yo yo, drop drasticly and doesnt cause any health problems such as starvation and bollemia, this allows u to reach a healthy weight and not go under. Once every couple weeks im allowed to binge eat or drink as the good out weighs the bad

alot of people have high matabalizim, especially teenagers

it wont be till you get older, like 20s or 30s, when gaining weight is easier then loosing it

 

Yep, that's my problem right there. My metabolism is insanely high. I once lost 8 kgs in two days. Fainting is common..
