they are really reglious, like REALLY!!!! and there divorcing so they act all fuck up anyway. And my dads an abusive alcoholic so my mum naturally hate me if she found out. seriously, im scared of them. im too scared to tell them that im bisexual, they would probably kill me.

atleast make sure you won't have money when you're passing an alcohol store

 

It may be hard to stop all at once - so maybe you could try like this:

 

start: alcohol every day

step2: alcohol every weekend

step3: alcohol only 1 night a week (when you go out)

step4: no alcohol at all

 

You should pick which step you want to achieve when - but step 3 and 4 are optional.

FRANK isnt bfor chas and I think the route of ur problem is the negative attitude, ur always looking at the worst case scenario.

 

FRANK is a drug agency which was set up not to be bias, i remember asking them im giving up tobbaco is okay to smoke cannabis with nicotiene patch. And they went yes as long as u dont smoke tobacco O.o so yea

i dont have a negative attitude im a very optimistic person. but i found out that i can go to a clinic really near my school and it confidental and i dont have to pay and i get to talk to people abut it so i called them and im due in monday morning!
