Actually my sweet you're not stupid...you need special software to convert a video into a .mov file or you can do it if you have Quicktime Pro... I just tried opening the vid I have in my sig on Imageready and it worked!! Some .mpeg videos work some don't...try opening an mpeg video on Imageready and if you're lucky enough it might work and then you follow the steps of the tut... I dunno if Di has folloewd a different procedure, at least this is what I did...
