Yeah, just go to UG and find the one with the highest rating. After all, UG is like the only place to find tabs now. All the tabs sites based in America got shut down because of a new crappy law.

I would recommened anyone to get there hands on a full version of Guitar Pro 5 then download GP5 files off UG so you can listen to the song and see if it sounds right and then read the tab

I would say Drums they set the pace

 

but guitar does make it interesting but Rythem is more important than lead guitar....hmm.....

if you're talkin traditional rock band there isn't any one instrument you can take out with out severly messing with the sound.

guitar = melody

bass = a whole chapter on its own in basically all music

drums = set the pace, + good drumming adds so much to a song

singing = not necessary, but well done adds much to a song

That is exactly right....unless your bass player plays the exact same lines as you do on guitar and the exact same tempo (but that is rare)

yeah they are two "bands" that play the same thing on bass and guitar so its pointless they could just turn up bass on the guitar amp and kick the basses out if they wanted and you wouldn't tell

Bass should always stand out from guitar, and do it's own thing. It's such a cool instrument and sometimes you can't even hear it in the band.
