Numb/Encore o.s.t. of Miami Vice

I wanna know something: In the trailer of Miami Vice is Numb/Encore playin; could it be that this song is the original soundtrack of the movie??

I looked at the soundtrack cd but there was no numb/encore on it.

But my bro watched it and he says that the song is at the begining of the movie

It may be in the movie, but no on the soundtrack. That happens. On my Death Note Live Action soundtrack, the two theme songs are not on it, and on the Crank soundtrack, Nine Thou (Styles of Beyond) isn't on it when it's used at least in one of the TV Spots

I only heard Numb/Encore in the preview of the movie but I'm not sure whether it is or not in the soundtrack
