I'm using Photoshop

 

My first major attempts at Photoshop, these are the results on two of my fave anime characters, major resizing because their originals are like 3000 by 2 something and so i guess the quality may be lower than the originals lol

 

The first is Claude Winchester aka Mr. K, his character is a gun slinger so...lol

The next is L Lawliet

I do plan to get better at photoshop, these pics are my thrid and fourth attempts at it.
