Scott Belsha (b. 1979, Long Beach, CA) is a currently active freelance drummer and percussionist. He has worked with bands and artists such as A Beautiful Army of Trees, KLERIZE, Jason Reeves, and Xero (the precursor to Linkin Park).

This seems TOTALLY fake by me, but what do you guys think? I was 100% sure Rob tracked drums for the Xero tape and played drums in Xero. I've never heard of this guy until now.

dunno why. it seems fake if this is the first time we're hearing about it. the point I made about Rhinestone is that that was the only rip of the Xero tape the public had for a while, and if he was the drummer, why wouldn't he have a really good copy of Rhinestone instead of the shitty one the public had at the time?

and the fact that rob did the drumming makes this guy seem like a liar. he prolly made the wiki page himself, then made everything esle to see the responses he gets.

Rob himself stated in the LPTV vids that he recorded all his tracking using a tape deck (I think) taped to the ceiling above his kit while they were doing these. I dunno, maybe I took him out of context on that one. Regardless I've never heard of anyone else. If you care to believe all the interviews and early press releases of the band there was never any mention of there being another drummer in the band, not even temporarily. It seems weird that there's been mention of the fact of when Phoenix wasn't on the scene in the HT days (at least at the start) due to his other band's obligations, but nothing's ever been said about anyone else.

Regardless, sounds to me like he's trying to cash in or sth. Nothing like a little envy to bring out the worst in some ppl... :\

coz rob has always been the drummer,even back then, so unless rob broke his arm for a few months and they needed a drummer to fill in i dont see how this scott dude drummed for xero.
