What do you think of "Minutes to Midnight?"

what do you guys think of the title? is it better than hybrid theory and meteora? worse? personally, i think m2m is a lot better than HT and meteora, but what do you guys think?

Personally, I think it's better than the other two names.

The only thing that is worrying me is the complexity of the song titles.

I had gotten used to the "Numb", "Faint", "In The End".

Now they're coming up with longer names.

Their sound, based on the song titles, will be different...

Nonetheless, it's a GREAT CD Title.

i think it sounds like a book title or maybe even a movie

i really liked the other titles like meteroa...that sound cool and slick

 

but as long as the title comes with amazing music, which i have no doubt it does

Yeah, its totally different... but as they told us, they are different now!!! the songs gonna be diferent, so the title also must be different than the others!! i cant wait to hear the new style of LP!!

At first I thought it was crap, but then i read into the Doomsday Clock, and now i think its kinda cool. But not as cool as Meteora, that name pwned.

It's pretty cool, but I think that Meteora and Hybrid Theory are both better by far.

 

Not a huge fan of the new name, sounds a bit too emo for me.

Lol, same with me. After i read the metaphor i started feeling more towards it... then it just suddenly hit me

 

I felt that Hybrid Theory is probably the best album title of all three. It was supposed to be their band name, but some stupid british band named Hybrid had some copyright issues... >< anyways, but i feel that it WOULD have been an awesome band name and would describe them seeing that their music is a hybrid genre between rap and rock. But then, Linkin Park's not bad either.

 

But i felt that Minutes to Midnight conveys a lot more, even though it's still second in my list (sorry Meteora) It just shows how much LP has evolved. I'm guessing there's going to some very powerful music in there, though still very lyrical and melodic like they said.

I like it very much, is sounds a little bit 'dark' to me, just like the new single name, i love it:)
