Hands Held High pissed me off so much. Once I got to the annoying aaaaaamen aaaaaaaaaamen I was ready for the album to be over with. And it's a song I never want to hear again.

I think the whole cd is pretty rediculous. Given Up, No More Sorrow, Bleed It Out, and No Roads Left are good but thats about it. I would say thats a stretch also. And the whole comment Chester made about them wanting people to listen to the music and lyrics for what they truely mean and not just as "work out" music, well I think that's a bunch of BS cause I have always listened to the lyrics and I can sympathize with a lot of their lyrics and I would use it to work out. I think it's kind of rediculous to assume that the people who work out to their music don't appreciate the lyrics and it was used as a bad excuse to justify the new cd.
