To the hell with him! I hate him right now!! He dare gives my landlord and landlady $50 for three days that he has stayed here??? They don't deserve it. I am so fucking angry when all Alice and Ian have done is badmouthed him. I said to him if he feels the need to pay them then give them the max. $40. I fucking told him that the money could be spent elsewhere, like saving up for his rent. But he doesn't listen to me! So I grabbed the thank you card out of pure rage when I'm the one that's living on $10 right now (and he gets paid tomorrow) and there he is wasting money away!! I opened the envelope and ripped the $50 note out and replace it with a ten dollar one instead, right in front of his eyes. I am fuming with anger because all he did was say he wasn't hungry (I was meant to cook him dinner) and then threw the $10 note at me, so fuck he ain't getting his money back. All I thought was about him and how he told me that he needed to save up as much as possible for this new place. He told me to calm down and I was ready to slap him. He also insulted me by calling me untrustworthy at one stage, that was before I ripped the card out of his hand and then threw the card in the bin (I proceeded to take it out of the bin after that). I can't believe it! I haven't been this angry in ages!!!!!!!!!

 

I really want to fucking hurt someone preferbly Daniel.

I just wanted to know if I was wrong about the situation. It's something I know I will cool off about but it's just ergh! The reason why I am so pissed is because I'm the one that's living on literally $10 until next Tuesday (excluding the money Mum put in today for my laptop) and there he is!! Throwing money away!!

Again, in some form or another we've already had this discussion. This time its about money, last time it was about (insert issue here), tomorrow it will be something else. Like I said, been there, done that. If you can't figure out the real issue by now nothing I say will make a lick of difference, it doesn't anyway.

Good luck? It's not like we're breaking up or anything, even I am steaming over my head about this. The last major fight we had I deliberately did not disclose it in this journal so in all honestly, I think I do have a right to disclose this right now and as angry I am with him, all I asked was your opinion of the circumstance not "I told you so".

Get pissy. See what that achieves. You want to vent, aim it in the right direction. I told you I had nothing to say so you pushed for it. Don't like what you get don't ask. Won't hurt my feelings either way quite simply.

 

As for having a right to post here, absolutely. But again, don't get on the defensive when some disagrees with you. Remember who you're mad at and why and keep it in check. Want to vent and get it off your chest by all means. But don't ask for my opinion if you don't want to hear it.

Deal with it, period.

It's all good, but seriously, what exactly do you want to hear that will make you feel better? - Or do you simply want someone to hear you, to acknowledge what you've said and empathise / share your pain in some way? What would help? Anything?

Like I said before, I wanted to see if it was me being a bitch or him being an ass. I wanted to know from an external view who you thought was right. That's all I wanted. And I don't say that with attitude.

I don't even think it's a matter of right and wrong. While normally you'd expect me to bag him out I can't say I disagree with his INTENTION. Okay so he did screw up, he wasn't thinking of you (and I could say here what else is new, he has been pretty much self-motivated at this point, his move, his finances, his rocking up drunk at 4am with mates knowing you have Uni that morning etc) BUT I also think you may have overreacted just a little. Nothing is ever solved in theheat of battle. Sure its easy for me to sit back and say this, I'm not there feeling cheated and hurt and seeing red, but I think had you said (and he had a hope of even listening to what you said let alone cared) that you were doing it rough financially and if he really felt that strongly to pay landlady/etc for staying then he could approach them, make a verbal agreement, and go back at a mutually convenienent time to pay them THEN not now when neither one of you can afford it.

 

Regardless what he thought THEY might think of him, really if they are decent people they will understand and really they would think higher of him if he said something and actually went back to back it up. A man is only as big as his word, so my dad used to say, or sth like that. So while I would like to say I think you were right and he was being an inconsiderate jerk, really I think he and you just flew off the handle without thinking.

And for the record, sorry about stone walling you earlier. I tend to be a black-and-white kind of person. Doesn't leave much room for that broad proverbial grey area
