I'm very happy! Today was lovely too, the emo boy who ignored me the other day spoke to me today! Even though it was just to ask whether I'd done the homework or not lol :/ Hung out with Mike and Ross for most of the day, Ross looks at me like he fancies me! That sounds horribly pretentious but I'm so sure! Also, me and Mike have a new obsession with this guy with the most amazing black-man afro ^_^

Ross is quite cute, not the type I'd usually go for but he has the loveliest bright blue eyes! Though according to his myspace he has a girlfriend, but he really doesn't act like he does o_0

Nahh, he's added me on msn and his screenname is Ross(L)Jen haha... shame. Though for someone who I only met less than 2 weeks ago ending a convo with 'love you' seems a bit weird! o_0

 

 

Anyway today was lovely, bus journey was fun had a nice convo with afro guy who I found out is actually called Ben.. he now also knows my name and no longer calls me 'bus girl'.

 

Had History, English, Psych and French which were all alright... French was funny cause we got to use the headphones and they had little microphones on them that come down, y'know like they use in call centres? So me and Mike were being generally immature ^^

 

Free period was SO funny!!!! Me, Em, Kirrun, Amy, Mike and this guy who does Politics went to the library and we were kinda talking quite loud (especially Em, lol), so the librarian lady comes over cause she thinks she owns the place and tells us to be quiet cause "the library is for all students blah blah blah", so yeah then after she went we pretty much carried on talking (it wasn't even that bad!) so she comes over again and she's all like "I feel like I'm talking to myself here.. it's not very nice" in this uber patronising tone and we were all well trying not to laugh cause she was so weird. Eventually just as we were about to go shes all like, I think you should all leave and we're like we're going anyway now LOL. She's such a bitch!

No update for a bit...

 

But omg I need a rant.

 

Right so, I'm thinking of dropping French at college, cause I hate it, I can't do it (especially the speaking part) and yeah I think it'd be better to switch to something that I'd be alright at and enjoy rather than stick with this and keep dreading the lessons and probably end up with an E grade at the end of it. Logical right?

But my parents reckon I should stick with it.. ughh.. they always think they know what's best for me.. especially my mum who is being a fucking bitch atm. They say stick with it for 3 more weeks until parents evening/review day.... 3 more fucking weeks.. arghh.... I am not sitting though 12 more French lessons in baffled silence. When it came round they probably still wouldn't let me drop it, plus by then it'll be too late to take up another subject (eg. General Studies). I think it'd be better to get 2 decent AS levels and then just take 3 subjects up to A Level.. but mother dearest thinks I'm capable of all 5.. ughh..... I'm not that bloody smart! >_<

 

I am so pissed off.

I might drop it without telling them but I'm well scared of how they'll react... especially my mum. I dunno sometimes I feel like she's living her life through me.. "I didn't get all these oppertuntities blah blah" ¬¬

 

 

So yeah college has been quite gay lately.

And it's been raining so much =(

 

 

On a brighter note I saw bleached blonde Leon today when I was with Ross from Maths and he asked if Ross was my boyfriend... lol ("zomg i wish")

your mum and dad should understand that your not comfortable wit french and that your old enough to make your own decisions. how the hell are you supposed to make important decisions about your life if they wont let you. i'd drop it and tell them that your doing it because you think its right and you will get more from it.

Meh, at the end of the day it's your life, not theres. If you drop it, it's your decision, I very much doubt your parents can force the college to make you do it, so don't worry! Remember it's down to you!

 

I wouldn't carry on with something I didn't find useful or enjoyable. Sod the snails and wine, grab yourself a good cup of tea!

Spoke to my French teacher this morning and she reckons that if I'm not happy with it I should drop it, so in my free I went and did it, now I've just gotta suffer the wrath of my mum when she gets home lol.

 

Haha so yes I'm back to good ole British tea again

 

It's so great that I've dropped it cause now I get to start at 12 on a wednesday, 11:30 on a thursday and i can go home at 1 on a friday ^_^

Fit psychology boy wasn't in the lesson today... omg i hope he's not dropped it!

 

Made a new friend called Tim on the bus who does catering! o_0

 

And my much hated nickname "Ali J" seems to be catching on again... sigh. lol.
