All the demo's for LP are just some of the tracks off Hybrid Theory (I don't think there is one for By Myself, Papercut, One Step Closer, Pushing Me Away, Cure for the Itch, or Run Away)

 

By Myself => "Super Xero"

Papercut => "Paranoia" (Extremely Rare!!)

One Step Closer => "Plaster" (Even though i dont think there is one... )

Pushing Me Away => (none)

Cure for the Itch => (none)

Runaway => Xero's "Stick 'n Move" (believe it or not, it's true!)

 

so... 4 out of 6 have demo

In any case, I don't think that the With You Demo or the And One Demo are real, and are simply re-EQ'ed versions of the original songs, or just the originals in worse quality, or whatever. Since there are no real changes to either one.

 

And, as far as "Sick," "Plaster," and all those other "demos" go... there is a difference between calling a song something while it's in production, and not finished, and then coming up with it's final name after everything is done. It's just a working title, not a completely seperate entity as a song. Know what I mean?

 

It's like saying "I don't know what this song is about because we haven't written the lyrics for it yet... but it sounds sick, so we'll just call it 'sick' until we have enough lyrics to think up a name for it."

Ok I just read that wiki list, hmm im really curious to hear "Held Nothing Back" sounds like a Mike song by the lyrics, some of those seem fake to me but yeah theres a couple on the list that one day i'd like to hear, if real.
