Breakdown Conspiracy Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Ok here the deal a girl I like, Somi, has her birthday in November. and she getting me something for mine this week, but i wanna get her something cool as. She like like ages away, like 2 hours by plane-away, in Auckland, which is in the North Island of NZ. (Im in the south). So I wanna get her something good. I dunno if we will get together this year, but I want something she'll remember all the same. my friend suggest I get a local florist to send her flowers, but maybe that would be to much? I did think of a teddy bear or something...but I don't really know. Her birthday is 2months away so i have awhile. Any suggestions? Quote .no

Black_Angel Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Flowers are boring and you can't do anything with them (please don't take that the wrong way). As others have said, jewelery is always a good option :] Quote i still love you, girl from mars.
DarknessLover Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Yeah man, girls love rings, (Make sure she understands it's not a Promise ring, or wedding ring [ask the guy at the counter]) Maybe get her a necklace with her birthstone on it? Quote The Park is Back? No way!
Person Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 A necklace is perfect. She'll absolutely love it... trust me. About two years ago, I gave a silver necklace to my g/f, and she ADORED it. If I can get a picture of it, I'll show you so you can get something similar *shrugs* OK. gots the picture. http://www.offtopic.forum/data/MetaMirrorCache/8891a83952927a7218a74d13d5bb3ef6.jpg A bracelet is fine as well... *nods* Quote

Jeezy Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 I agree a necklace always works... just make sure she's not allergic to gold or silver or whatever you get her Quote
allieking Posted September 11, 2007 Posted September 11, 2007 flowers are also a con, i used to be a florist and our bouquet that cost £30 was only £7.50 to make. also i agree that a ring can mean something else to a girl so be careful.
