It's stupid I dunno why I'm there, I'm 5' 8" and 7st 11lb but I eat a load of crap and don't do much exercise >_< your like my eldest daughte, i swear she eats all the time, not all crap, she eats alot of fruit and veg but she eats ALOT!!! shes stick thin, ses 5ft and weighs 6 stone!!! BS im unhealthy, im a wing back for my local soccer club, play sports regualry(tennis,soccer,rugby etc), doesnt help it that im short, im more stocky than fat. my doctor says that while the BMI is good to have a look at, its not the best indicator of health, i can swim laps non stop, run along time, dont short bursts of sprints over a period of time(as you need to when you play tennis,soccer rubgy etc) Quote http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/ddd296f8f90eca79dbafae096b6d28b3.jpg

HaziLPTonz Posted September 17, 2007 Posted September 17, 2007 try taking up swimming, when i had a crock knee my doc suggested swimming, and using a swimming program to build strength back into my knee, while its no miracle worker, it can help, i dont know how...just my doc recomended. or ping pong, well not intense ping pong, but you dont really do much and you cans weat alot when playing, even if you never really move that much!!!
