Linkin Park World Tour DVD next year?

There are rumors that there's gonna be a world tour DVD coming out from LP next year featuring different live sets from countries they toured in.

 

It probably contains material filmed on locations during their upcoming concerts.

 

LP times reports on that.

 

I think there's a good possibility that it's ture.Tickets for the upcoming European shows state "No Cameras/Recorders"

 

that could be an indicator

I agree, they should do another DVD like frat party. More like a long version of LPTV rather than just live concerts. Though saying that i did enjoy LIT, but not as much as frat party

It has done on my LP ticket May 3rd this year at Astoria, but I think that's so no MTM stuff leaks out. Out of all my shows I've been to, the LP ticket was the only one with it printed on.

Most Australian concerts of big bands have "No Cameras/Recorders" on the tickets, and on the website.

 

I would love it if they included BIO from Brisbane in that DVD.

Yeah all international and some US shows this year had them.

 

For all of Projekt Revolution 2007 (this is a great thing for us in the USA), Linkin Park specifically had the entire tour let digital cameras in to the shows because they wanted fans to be able to take pictures home with them. Doooope!!! I hope they continue that for Projekt Revolution 2008 and their US February 08 tour, as well as all of their LP shows forever in the USA!

 

Funny thing is, I snuck mine in anyway just in case lol. I'm happy about that policy though.

 

I hope Atlanta gets one song on the DVD!

Yeah that´s right, but for instance : Portugal was played when it was dark, Pinkpop when it was daytime

They had this on the Ticketmaster website for their recent tour in Australia, I emailed them to clarify what this included/excluded (Eg - mobile phones: allowed or not?). The reply I got was that no professional recording equipment would be allowed in, but digital cameras, mobiles were fine. I think they allow this so fans could take photo (as Hanhinator previously stated) and because they can't produce professional quality.

 

Though, it would be cool if they did bring out another live DVD (I love watching Live in Texas). It would be especially cool if they had either a few different shows from different locations (but this might be asking too much) or at least songs performed at different locations

i think it should be a double DVD,considering its a..."world" thing, like clips melded together from every show over the best recording of that particular song...like...you have like 30 live songs(from each show,considering that LP dont necesarily hafto perform those 30 on one night), or like in LiT, and a second DVD thats like the LPTV's/Frat Party DVD, i think that would be awesome, behind the scenes stuff, thatd be great
