What do you guys think of this? And yes, I know the music sounds bad. I've already made a replacement for the music, and I really need someone to redub the voiceover track. If there's anyone interested in that, let me know, via PM.

I'm just wondering what you all think of them using a Linkin Park song in a strictly religious context? I don't see a huge problem with it. No one is claiming LP to be Christian, or anything, not anymore. And they said themselves in the MtM booklet that this song could be used in pretty much any context.

Feels like michael bolton or meat loaf is singing it lol.

i mean its not horrendous and they did a pretty good cover.

i liked the point of the video.

i dont see the issue with using the video for the point of religion.

it has a good moral and nice directing.

plus it the lyrics are very symbolic of religion (not just Christianity)

I find it rather corny. Despite displaying a helpful message it annoys me how Christian groups use rock music for their sermons, teachings, illustrations.. whatever..

EDIT: Haha good one Azem it does sound like meat loaf.

Just to reassure yall, I am a Christian, yet I find that "mainstream Christianity" as its called, uses things like this to define their teachings attractive. man I just watched again, n that "meat loaf-esqe" voice makes me crack up.

I didn't like how it seemed hell-bent on making a point. Listen to the way the guy says certain things. "The name of Jesus covered mine." Yeah, we see that. Thanks.

The "Jesus" in the video was really, well I just thought it was... different. lol

Anyhow it was okay, a LP song being used in a religious context. I mean it did fit the video so why not? However... the singing voice made me laugh. I liked the concept though, even though I'm not religious.

fairly interesting video. the original version of the song woulda been a hell of a lot better for it, but it was alright.
