Sponge: Why not? Tried progs like keepvid, etc? Good place to start. That or hunt around P2P progs (providing you keep your antivirus software up to date and watch torrent trackers) like Limewire, Bearshare, Frostwire, and uTorrent, BitTorrent etc, its what I would do. Failing all that just ask for music you want in the appropriate thread here on LPF. I don't check it as often as I should, entire albums I won't upload, but if it's songs you want I might be able to get my hands on a few for ya. Just ask, I'll help where I can

 

Agreed on the bullies part. Was bullied most of my schooling years (luckily not at Uni )

Hopefully they're not giving you crap Speedthief (even if they're not, sure they're picking on someone else to make themselves feel bigger) - you have my sympathies there. I know it's of little consolation now, but you'll look back later on these bullies in several years and realise just how pathetic these 'people' really are. One of the bullies who used to reduce me to tears in year 8 is now a drug addict and a career dole bludger with no direction in life beyond a bong and cheap thrill. I find that amusing. He spent years looking down his nose at me, now society colectively looks down at him the same way and I hope he likes it in the gutter - it's nothing less than he deserves. Sorry, but I am not an overly compassionate person. Anton LeVay was right. An eye for an eye, I say. No pity where it is not deserved.

 

 

Me: just got home from work, about to head off for a shower and get washing started. Lisa wants to see a movie tonight (she's now on maternity leave and going stir-crazy sitting at home babysitting her 2 yr old nephews) but if I don't go out with her tonight the alternative is stay in and continue to pack down the house - I should be catching up on sleep but am too mentally wired to rest. Too much to do and running out of time and finances (mostly the latter). Work again tomorrow then 2 days off. Already feel exhausted and the move has officially happened yet. All these late nights full of arguements with drunken and emotional family members and early starts at work, lack of sleep and too much coffee equals a tense Rach. Oh well, could be worse, I know, still...

Me? I'm on one of my high's again. Must've been the easter eggs I was getting stuck into before with my nephew. And thinking about what my bro in law said to me about setting up a business with him and his comment about how I'm gonna work for free because he doesn't believe in child labour laws....five seconds later he cracks up laughing. Swinging on my couch knowing that I'll fall off it as I listen to Meg White sing In the Cold, Cold Night. I should do some writing to let everything out. Damn. This song is so damn catchy.

Had been watching one of the cats play in an empty box (very amusing when trying to avoid doing any actual work) and watching something dumb on the idiot box. Had considered writing but at the mo is only one more distraction I can't afford. Mind you, over recent weeks a world of ideas have cascaded down upon me. Now all I need is time to vent them, the energy to accomplish all these things at once, and the will to do anything else but sleep... or at least try to. Damn my overactive and restless brain.
