I'll be in. Kinda. And oh the 29th room is so mine. :D

Do i hafta have a job? lol Maybe I'll just be a student. And it's summer right now so I just sit home and do nothing. Or I might get a job or sumthing to keep toilet paper in the house.

Oh and I live with my cat, Dog. (ie. My cat whose name is Dog)

 

EDIT: oh wait I'm confused. Is there 29 rooms or just 23? Cuz if there's 23 then I'll take room 19. :D

Don't have to have a job. Don't have to do anything. Can move in withy our grandma if it suits your purposes. It's your story ;)

Just remember Hugh, our Super, is a bit of a sarcastic dry-witted, bossy kind of fellow... well, depending on who's writing about him. Your cat may be a source of conflict with him and/or other residents... may be a good way to cross paths with others, something to work towards perhaps? Write whatever you want and have fun.

Have to say I guiltily confess I was wrong. I assumed it would flop, by that I mean only Sarah and I would contribute until one or both of us got bored with it. Sarah was more positive. Looks like she was right. Damn... oh well, in certain contexts I don't mind being proven wrong. But only sometimes though... ;)

May I make a suggestion?

 

I think tomorrow whenever it becomes Thursday (in the story) one of you (or Woodz) should post in the thread that time is the start of the new day every day. Cause right now how it is set up a new day could vary every day cause people are gonna wait for you or Woodz to post before anyone else does. For example say you post on the dot midnight for you and say it is like 6AM for me. Then I know at 6AM for me I can start a new day if no one has posted yet. And if someone who lives in California see that at 3 AM they can start a new day then they can even though it is the same time as me even though it is 6AM for me at the time. I hope that makes sense.

I think i get you, but if you see before Sarah's Wednesday post I did say it was Wednesday. (See the WC thread post #21)

 

Because it might have been overlooked in all the large posts I could instead post the time in THIS thread perhaps? It's less congested that way and doesn't unfairly run up either her or my post count just to be fair ;) Is that what you meant?

I just wanna remind you all of a couple of things.

 

1)

You must start every post/update with the day of the week.

For example Ravyn and I as first occupants will start Sunday. If someone wants to join/move in, they write their chapter of moving in, and post it the day we (Ravyn and I) are up to in this story. If we have started our post Tuesday your post must start with the word ‘Tuesday’. We will now be posting the day in this thread and not in the story thread.

 

2)

If you wish to include another LPF member you must get their consent first!

Please abide by LPF rules, thanks.

 

3)

Please keep the stories consistant with one another if including another resident.

The last thing we want to do is be confused about what one person said compared to what the other said about so and so.

 

And finally ...

 

It is your responsibility to check into this thread/the story thread

to see if the day has changed

As Ravyn/I are nearly always on past our bedtime.

At least we have a reserved room already for Jos and Brad, for Friday's moving in :D

 

I'll just say hopefully she gets in before someone else does. First in, first served ;)

 

Oh and editted list below. Jess also to be confirmed. PLEASE CHECK LIST REGULARLY, thanks. Post #65 (This thread)

 

Remember you don't just propose to move in and that's the end of it. Move in and out as you see fit but try where you can to post regularly. Don't want you fading off into obscurity... Hugh might 'evict you' for not keeping up on your rent XD

 

And one last thing - PLEASE KEEP YOUR STORIES SOMEWHAT REALISTIC! (As realistic as possible) If you suddenly start seeing aliens or wake up a millionare you may find living in lower/middle class Gethsemane apartments not really worth your while as a character ;)

BTW feel free to 'interract' with Rob. I don't care if you flirt/fight/**** around with him personally, I'll always explain a way out of it, but the golden rule is YOU dont control him specifically. Mention him by all means. Say you stopped and had a chat in the corridor, or were shooting hoops or asked him in to fix yer toilet whatever, he just can't MOVE IN with you, that's all ;)

Perfect reason to read up on the day's posts. That's WHY we say the day must start each post. People can then read everything that others have written that day and write their story based around that. If they get in early enough they fashion the direction the story takes for others ;)

That's the idea people.

What's a bedtime? Am so sleep deprived it aint funny... that's why posting the day changes work so well for us night owls ;)
