Agree with everyone here. Do what you feel you need to do. You have to be disciplined if you want to get published, me I am too lazy, but hopefully you can get done what you need to and get the nod from the people you need to impress Having said that of course we'll miss you and life at GA may be a lot slower now, maybe even 'boring' by comparrison now that the drama's essentially leaving us, BUT like we tell everyone else, hopefully you come back. We'll miss you, you know we will ^^

 

And did I read right you wont be writing but still be doing midnight posts? That'd be good. At least you'll still be around, lurking in the shadows somewhat, but that's okay. We'll still chat on AIM I assume so it's not like you'll be completely out of the loop. Focus on Tourniquet and when you feel ready hopefully get back on track with this. Never know, by that stage you might have had more ideas to expand upon!

 

Good luck and hurry back. The rest of us will keep an eye on your place while you're gone

ok, I have a question for you guys. I wrote a post for the park over the week when I was sort of depressed (actually...really depressed), but I wasn't sure if anyone would want to read such dark suicidal shit. so, I wrote another one that's much more light-hearted, but the first one just feels more genuine, and it does have a nice ending (honest). So: which one should I post? I could do both, for different days, it doesn't matter. I just don't know if you guys want to read my broody suicidal garbage (with a happy ending. don't forget it. I swear, it is) when you could be reading about a playfight between siblings and a conversation with Mom.

 

Whenever someone responds, I'll post something, but for now I'm going to get a shower. Been working all day.

 

Firehawk is the only one who knows this (I think, unless I let slip some other time), but before I thought my martial arts teacher was leaving town because his business went under, but it turns out he can stay if he sells the building he's got a moves to one with cheaper rent, so some of the students have been helping with the move. I've been painting mainly, which is boring but keeps me outta the way. :-)

I felt kinda bad for taking a short trip when I am going to be near my computer constantly, as me being part of the management team. But I'll still be lurking around, I'll do the changeover posts for the days, I'll still leave comments about people's updates. As for Tourniquet - I just wanna get that over and done with, but I know if I rush the ending of it it will show in my writing as it has done in several chapters. While concerning the prologue, thanks Rav for the huge ass rant and recommendations and so forth. I didn't even know what a prologue was until now, so I still think that was a good attempt. Will be posting versions of the prologue soon and see how everybody's reaction is going to be. Just answer your queries, I didn't know it Rachel was a Jewish name when I was writing that, like I remember you telling me it was now that I think of it, but it must've been a Fruedian thing. As for Friday, Saturday and SundayI will be away in Sydney, so bare me if I don't come back until later on, depending on what happens.

Since I'll be leaving in about a week and won't be at home for 3 weeks I'll take some vacation with Brad before I leave since I was looking for some internet while I was on vacation but Idk if Ill be able to find some and bc of that I might ask you guys not to involve me or Brad in any of your stories since keeping of with stories of 3 weeks isnt very easy...

What the - Jos! You're gonna be a mummy! Aww! How awesome! So much of that update had me 'awwing' that was sweet. Poor Braddles, so worried for you... probably the only thing that would make the man so happy besides you or a new guitar is a baby Brad! haha just awesome!

 

Mel - I can sense some attraction there. Hope Rob doesn't get hurt by the Farrell clan for getting too close. I was almost surprised with now three gangs in action here (Mel's, Pete's and Sarah's in essence) that no one was fighting the other for dominance. When this insurance idea started I really was thinking it was mob-related (pay up or get hurt) but then Mike sort of hijacked it and I thought or expected Mel to catch up with him and make the weasel pay for financially screwing her over. Could be wrong. But that's how I had anticipated it.

Sarah - am doing much better. Thanks for askin. Only been out of bed a few hours, so basically wasted the day, but surprisingly wasnt sick, just unsteady. As far as hangovers in general go its a good hangover, no sickness, no real headache, just a bit dizzy - that's also part ear infection. Yay for me, I keep leaning to the left a lot XD Sucks!

So I will shut up now and try and pen something for tonight. See how I go anyway
