Errm not that I wanna sound mean but why did they choose to make a DVD out of this particular show? The audience is almost inactive! Go watch a vid from the Greek show and you will understand what it means to be passionate! Even at a slow song like Leave Out All The Rest... I think they took this because Jay-Z was there... and I mean they had to decide which show to take before the actual concert because they can't tape every show on the tour. It's not their fault that the audience was lame that night. They could have done a better setlist though. Quote

The camera was mostly motionless and focused on chester which made me wanne sleep. So i hope it gets better with the harder songs. But over all it looks decent and i will buy it. Doubt that it will go platinum though. I will admit I appreciate seeing them, live clips or music video clips, but it doesn't get the heart racing excitably as it once used to. Sentimentally was good. Not great, good. Maybe the fact it was a slow song that the crowd didn't go nuts and it wasn't transfered through. So the show (or what we saw of it with this glimpse) wasn't going off / was a tad boring / mediocre, but over all was fair enough. Rob's kit (and height) was impressive, and even the camera's fxation on Chas was nice, but overall it didn't thrill me. I hope it gets livelier. Will I buy it? Probably not. We'll see. Stranger things have happened. Maybe if only to say I have it. nefieslab Posted November 14, 2008 Posted November 14, 2008 I was actually at the show when they filmed it. Great show, the harder pieces were better though. The line up was terrible (cept LP of course ). The crowd mostly came for Jay-Z though, which was really annoying. Quote
Psaiii Posted November 19, 2008 Posted November 19, 2008 i too was at this show, and i must say that the crowd was a hell of a lot better on the other songs, after nearly 8-9 hours in blistering sun with overpriced drinks, everyone was happy for a slow song to have a little rest >< i dont think i have ever had worse sunburn in my life than after that show, but it was well worth it ^^ i thought the rest of the bands were pretty good in all honestly, apar from The Bravery were dissapointing and Enter Shikari were just appaulling..... but the rest were great NERD and Jay Z really helped get the crowd going ready for LP <3 Who were imense, even though it is only my second LP show i have seen, i think it must be their best, even the CD i got from the concert was far better than any other live CD i have heard. And i think they chose Milton Keynes as it was the largest Projekt Revolution ever i believe Chester mentioned at the beginning He might have said it was the largest LP concert ever too, but i could be mistaken.
