Sygy Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Ok this is long Today, like many other 17 year olds, i went to school. I was walking in the back enterance with my friend Jas when we saw the deputy Headmaster, Mr.X, walking over to us. Naturally we said 'morning, sir'. When i asked us where our school ID's were. (we have had a new school rule that one has to be wearing their ID at all time after school break in's). Well, as it is winter and quite cold we both had them on but alas they were being covered by my coat and scarf. Upon seeing this he SCREAMED at us and told us to go and stand outside his office in the teacher's hall. Absolutly godsmacked we went. We waited there and after a few minutes more sixth formers from upper and lower arrived. HALF AND HOUR later he arrived and told us to come in. We entered his office where he screamed at us and claiming that he was going so suspend us because we had broken a new school rule, that we did it to make a mockery out of him and that he would PERSONALLY make it his buisness to insure us that we wouldnt go to university as no uni will accept someone who has been suspended for a month.YES he was going to suspend us over the period that we had the a-level January exams meaning that we wouldnt be able to sit them. Naturally open hearing this i started crying. then he send us outside so that he could call our heads of years and tutors. Standing outside my teacher Mr.Y walks past and askes me what im doing in the teacher hall. so i told him about the lack of visable id and the threatened suspension. Now mr Y doesnt like as he thinks im too big for my boots, far enough i realise that i can be arguementative and that i show him little respect after a very personal experience we had..(another long story). Well, he pointed at me and started laughing saying that he knew i would 'get it one day and that he had to told me wear my id before' (LIE: i actually have always worn it since the new rule came in and i have always had it when there have been random id checks because we were just required to have it in our pockets the whole time...and if i was soo bad why would i have been made a prefect at the end of lower sixth? and been sent to represent the school on more than one occasion???). So he left and we waited some more..when Mr.X come out of his office and tells us to all get out of his sight as he has too much paperwork. Now, am i suspeneded? the arguements for? he told us he was suspending us. arguements agaisnt: never at one pointed did he say that we were offically suspended...as im not over 18 i cannt be suspended on sight...he hasnt called my mum or given me a suspension slip... we i went to rest of my lessons that day...but do u think i should go back tommorrow? and do you think that he was in the right to do that? and was MR.Y in the right for doing that to me and should i take some action against that because personally i thought that that was ridiculous!! :'( :'( :'( ...i hope i dont get suspended after ive just gotten into uni and they would revoke my place after that Quote iam mors sola fuga est [broken External Image]:http://img409.imageshack.us/img409/9977/n76430001741552817731hb2.jpg
Acezorz Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 That sounds fucked up... stupid cunts on powertrips, fuck em. I wouldn't stand for this, surely there are other teachers that wouldn't stand for this right? Maybe you should go to the council about it, they can't suspend you something petty like that. Quote
Black_Angel Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 That's shocking! I don't think he has actually suspended you, he just said he would to scare you and make himself seem powerful.. I doubt they're allowed to suspend you for a whole month too unless you go to a REALLY strict school :/ They both sound like utter twats, maybe you should talk to the headmaster about it, if he is only the deputy? Oh and on an utterly unrelated note, congrats on getting into uni!! Where are you off to? Quote i still love you, girl from mars.
GraDoN Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 id smack him with a blunt yet heavy object, claiming he was going at me (someone must have heard the yelling) claiming self defense. problem solved. i hope he is bluffing, not ever going to uni is a mayor problem Quote http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/095443c5f5914cdd05b1d389456c201e.jpg http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/8df3638f80a4f010e06ef2c959f426e8.gif http://www.sucksbbs.net/data/MetaMirrorCache/fe80ab99471398f0ef121d8f90c31038.jpg
woodyloveslinkin Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 I'm sorry to hear that an asshole deputy did that to you dear. But seriously, he's obviously chucked the shits because it's that time of the month for him (teenager rebellious sarah kicking in). But seriously he's chucking the major shits over nothing and like my friend did to one of many deputy's and their offices we visited, and he's completely blowing the whole sitution out of proportion. If it were me and in your place, I would've told him to go fuck himself to his face, lol (done that many times to teachers in my high school years). Go back tomorrow just in spite of him. You didn't do anything wrong (well...this is coming from a student that's got a history of violence on her permanent school record..hehe brings back some memories) and the lack of visible ID is not a punishable crime. Getting into both physical and verbal fights with other students is.*shifty eyes* *hug* Quote Mia Elizabeth 18/2/10 Kate Helena 8/7/11 My baby girls <3
