Fav Underworld Movie

Original Underworld for the win. Rise of the Lycans was alright, despite the fact that the first Underworld had extra added scenes to when Michael Corbin was having relapses to Lucian's memories about him and Sonya. I did pick up on that. I didn't like Underworld Evolution so much, I thought it was rather stretching the plot to be honest.

My order of preference would be:

1. Underworld

2. Rise of the Lycans

3. Evolution

part 1 was the best in my opinion...part 2 was alright but kinda boring already (just watched because Kate looks hot in that outfit)

i really liked the second underworld.....explained alot ....and also selene killed a powerful lycan..who was lucian's brother.....

 

and now she is able to be in sunlight....

I voted for the third one, probably just because it's the freshest in my mind. I liked them all - can't really pick a favorite.

I havent seen Rise of the Lycans yet but i do indeed have every intention of doing so. As for the two that i have seen. My favourite is Evalution although i do feel its more of an extension of the first movie if you understand what i mean by that. Of the two that i have i can watch Evalution over and over again where as Underworld i have to be in the mood for.

I prefer number one, primarily because it set the scene, it was the first and had the greatest impact on me as far as the current trilogy goes. To be honest I didn't like two half as much, it seemed flat, I'm not sure why, but I thoroughly enjoyed the third one - it could have worked well as a stand-alone in my opinion. Given I'm a chick, my opinion isn't swayed by Kate Beckinsale's spray-on leather outfit (who else could wear it that well though?), but strangely enough throughout the three my affinity and sympathy has grown for Lucian, especially in the most recent one. If there are any characters who stand out in my mind, it's him. His suffering over all seems to make im the most real to me, not Selene. Really, it's a close call between movies one and two.

Well, according to urban LPF legend I'm pregnant with Jack White's quads, so I'm naming them, Selene, Sonya, Erika, and Lycan. I know Lycan isn't a name in Underworld but still, it's used in Underworld.

As for Lucien, I like that name. Lisa, one of my best friends, was going to name her unborn son Lucien at some point (specifically after seeing that third movie). Having said that her baby had spent the first 2 gestational months in the womb being refered to as Draiman. She being the one who introduced me to Disturbed and away from LP some years ago now, was that in lurve with David she was gonna name her son after him, go figure. Too bad the baby's name is gonna be Travis *sigh*

 

And Sarah, good luck with the Quads again. Must be the longest pregnancy in history, not discounting Jo the character in MS years back *lmao* You really need to write an LPF fic in regards to that, get it out of your system and all. Lucien's still an awesome name though. I still can't get over Lucien the character in the recent movie. My god how that one man suffered. Left an impression that's for sure.
