What Farah is saying here is that the U.S. should be fighting

without rules of engagement just as its enemy is. It is

unrestricted warfare as advocated in the 2002 book,

"Unrestricted Warfare: China's Master Plan To Destroy America"

written by two Chinese Red Army colonels.

 

The U.S. and Britain to a large degree engaged in unrestricted warfare

against Germany and Japan in WW II when they firebombed and carpet bombed

German cities

and nuked two Japanese cities.
