So much for the freedom that you say out of one side of your mouth. I am not

a fan, either, but people are entitled to like what they like, even if it is

sophomoric.

It is all part of that control thing you value so much in your life.

I knew the humor would be lost on you. If you knew anything about music,

there are some genres that people buy and some that are performance

oriented. I love seeing bluegrass players, but I wouldn't buy a bluegrass

album. It is all about the performance. I don't own any country music, but

when I was in NYC, we went to see New Grass Revival and Marty Stuart. It was

great. There are two kinds of people in the world, the entertainers and the

entertained. Evidently, you are in "the entertained" category. Too bad. You

will never be able to truly appreciate what it takes to play an instrument

or feel the gratification of having people appreciate the music coming out

of you.

Come on, I hate to see a grown Pug cry over the continued success and

popularity of the Dixie Chicks. Despite all the looney tune brain deal loser

pug neo-cons stomping their foot, sticking their fingers in their ears and

saying "nah nah" the Chicks just won't go away. What are all you looney tune

brain deal loser pug neo-cons going to do now? Didn't uncle Rush tell you

they would go away?

Dang, kid. I just checked. You actually DID go cry to to him. How

childish. I encourage folks to check out your posts. You are such a

fine example of a whiny yet attention-hungry young skinhead kid. It's

no wonder that aside from me, only nuts bother to respond to you.

Bullshit. The left had very little interest in them until the "ashamed

then, and for the most part, lefties are not interested in country

music.

You come off as a totally uncreative dick head. What 3 instruments?

Bone-aphone? Dick-taphone? Skin-flute?

I would love to hear you perform. My genius nephew memorizes long pieces on

piano, but he has concrete hands. One of my customers is an orchestrator, he

maps out parts for movie scores, but to listen to him play, no thanks. No

feeling. I am betting you would fall into that category, you have never

exhibited any feeling in any post ever.

It has nothing to do with intelligence, though thank you for reinforcing

your inferior powers of perception. I am around multiple musicians every

day, there are some that act like you, those are usually the ones who suck.

They learn all of this technical stuff and can noodle their asses off, but

there is no feeling to it. After you hear hundreds of people play, you would

rather hear two notes with feeling than 100 perfectly played scales from a

technical wizard with no music in him.

Get real. There is no way in hell that you can objectively

judge a person's musical talent by reading a few posts on a message

board.

Just because YOU can't doesn't mean others can't, and I must have nailed it,

because otherwise you would have disputed my opinion and claimed that you

can and do, in fact, play with feeling, but you did not.

WTF are you blabbering about? NOBODY can judge another

person's musical talent by reading some NG posts, including you.

Claiming you can makes you a liar or an idiot.

Or brilliant and clairvoyant.

Well, it's obvious we can rule out brilliant and there is no

such thing as clairvoyance.

Methinks you should quit while you're behind.

You're right, I know you are one of those "I have to have the last word

because it makes me think I won" kind of guys. It is interesting to me that

anyone on the NG's with whom you disagree is automatically given a negative

description, as in "liar" and "idiot".

You wouldn't know brilliant if it bit you in the ass. I thought you were

supposed to be one of the smart ones here, you flunk.

It's a fine tribute to his father...brings to mind "Leader of

Not even close. You must have me confused with one of your

liberal brethren.

>You wouldn't know brilliant if it bit you in the ass.

Yes...I would. But claiming to be able to judge a person's

music by their NG posts isn't.

You had it right, until the last 2 words of your sentence.

Actually, you should have use a semi-colon instead of a comma

or broken it into 2 sentences.
