Save it. My observation is that people who lean to the right had some sort of event in their lives that caused their focus to narrow. This has been reinforced again and again with co-workers and customers. We have a resident Republican, he went so far as to put a lock on a supply cabinet because he suspected someone was taking toilet paper home with them, the owner was amazed that someone would be so cold as to deprive someone from something as cheap as toilet paper. More of that "It's mine" vs. "There is enough for everybody" mentality. We looked outside one day and a man was in the dumpster looking for recyclables, the RR was angry, he felt the man was trespassing. My comment was, "If a guy is so down that he is digging in a dumpster, he can whatever he finds." This same guy is a guitar player, but he has no creative juice or feeling. As I observe your responses to people, your insensitive nature led me to my conclusion that, while you may have technical chops on an instrument, your own life experiences will not allow the left brain/right brain thing to manifest itself in any kind of ability for music to flow from you because that would be risky. Playing music is not just putting your fingers on an instrument, it is an extension of you as a person. Playing proficiently and from the heart will garner an audience, I guarantee it, but being insensitive and closed up does not usually allow that to happen. Selfish, closed-up people play for themselves, and I know dozens. One of my older customers was relating an incident with a bass player we both knew was a Bush-supporter. When my friend wanted him to play for an extra hour because the party was jumping, the bass player wondered why he would want to do such a thing. My friend said, "Because we are here to show these people a good time", to which the bass player said, "No, I am here for ME". Reinforced. I don't want to believe you are as much of an ass as you seem to be here, but that is what led me to the conclusion in question. I found it interesting you stayed with the thread, you were actually intrigued by this notion, but not once did you make any statement that you did, in fact, play with feeling and were creative, only that I was wrong.
