ATV service- $100

 

UTV Service- $150

 

Service work includes: Valve adjustment, spark plug(s), oil filter, Rotella T oil, air filter wash/oil, and hand wash.

 

Race Porting with Serdi valve job- $450

 

*Please note that 04-05 TRX will have epoxy work, so please specify fuel intended to run.

 

 

Porting available for: TRX 450, YFZ 450, LTR 450, Raptor/Rhino 660 and 700, 250R, Banshee.

 

Demon Pro Heads- starting at $1500. Please call for more info, the possibilites are endless.

 

Serdi valve job- $125

 

FCR Carb Bore:

 

43.5- $175 includes billet venturi ring

 

FCR billet venturi ring- 43.5 or 44mm- $75

 

FCR billet adapter for 04-05 TRX intake boot- $50

 

04-05 TRX billet ring and air filter kit- $120

 

Ferrea valves- $35 each

im not speaking for demon, but im sure what ever electrical components u want to remove would be cut out...i had mine stripped by someone on another forum an just tld them what i wanted removed it really cleans up the look of the stock harness and came out nice, but pretty sure he doesnt do the honda harnesses demon is the first place ive heard of to offer this for the trx

Yep, Manny hit it on the head, we can eliminate virtually all but a few wires, but can still leave lights, fan, etc etc if need be.

what kind of filter does the 04-05 TRX billet ring and air filter kit use? is it the dasa ring and filter? ive been looking at upgrading my intake. also how much is the resonator plug/block off for the 04/05?
