Hey guys this seems to be a huge topic . Theres always threads saying "what cam should I get'' so I thought I would post this info for people to check out,since each motor setup and riding style can apply to picking a performance cam. NOTE: I copied this from another forum but i think it will be very usefull so yup, just letting u guys know that i dident do all the testing :p

 

Honda 2004-2005 HRC Cam - Part # 14110-NLZ-650

 

Really strong to top end cam, with a decent mid range, but lacks bottom end.

Intake Lift(inches): .390

Exhaust Lift(inches): .350

Intake Lobe Center (degrees): 110

Exhaust Lobe Center (degrees): 105

Intake Duration (degrees at .040"): 264

Exhaust Duration (degrees at .040"): 268

A good all around cam, strong bottom and really strong mid range with a decent top end as well.

Stewie, the CRF head has a different head than the TRX, so those numbers might be off a tad.

Anyone ever come across a crf450 pro circuit cam in our quad motors? Previous owner of my 05 put the cam and matching valves and springs in with it. I know it pulls pretty well but I've always wondered what the actual numbers would say.
