The vid is very informative, but let's face it....sometimes even with hea it's just not that easy :) Just depends. I was able to get mine out but it took more than heat and a simple tap. The double row side are the hardest to get out.
05, 13:1 JE, 02 crf cam, full hmf, razr tt tires, rath sway bar, lowering link in the rear, triple rate rebuilds on front.

Haha thanks guys! This was my first ever and I was really surprised that they literally like fell out after heating it up. I may learn that heat doesn't do the trick in the future. I do have a bigger press I can you as you could see in the vid
