TimesTen Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 The United States International Trade Commission has ruled that Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC violated an Apple patent under Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930. It has issued a limited exclusion order that will take effect in April prohibiting the importation "of infringing personal data and mobile communication devices and related software."
